<UNTITLED>
...no need for one
Why must you come by me again,
wasn't torturing me once enough?
You can't do that anymore,
because I finally called your bluff.

You once told me there existed
one that was much better.
I didn't believe, but began searching
once
I broke clean from you fetters.

After
looking here and there
for wh
at seemed an eternity,
I finally
found the perfect one
that God
meant for me.

I can just see you in passing
and remember all the pain
but how the hurt is transfigured
into pure love, not feigned.

Countless nights I spent
grieving over my loss
of your companionship
wanting it back at any cost.

Alas, my prayers I tho
ught had went
unanswered for so v
ery long.
Finally though, in th
e end
a new day has da
wned.

Eyes have b
een opened,
truth has
been known.
Old and
bitter hatred
erplace
d by love, that's grown

into s
omething beautiful,
truely
ineffable.
This t
hing you once desired
is now
unattainable.

I have no
w one so much better
who gives to
my life light,
and returns my love wonderfully;
stays with me, wrong or right.

You cannot undersatnd
the intensity of the pain,
and how, for so very long,
I thought I'd never love again.

But also how my broken heart,
when handled by loving hands,
was healed completely
by grace and the moving sands

of time which flow so swift,
and at times so very slow,
but my new love will ever be
with me through high and low.

My love, life, and happiness
lie in this miraculous one,
who still stands by my side
when the day is done.

Who rose from the ashes
a weary soul, bitter and burned;
from a time when love became hate,
and bitterness was learned.

A time when love was nonexistent,
and hate grew in its place.
This is my past, my history,
behind a scowled face.

Unanswered prayers and broken dreams
have all served to create
pure, unconditional love,
irradicating hate.

Now my life will ever be
overflowing with consant joy,
my former self is thrown away
just as a broken toy.

I wish for the world
to ultimately see,
I give for my dearest Constance
my love eternally.
