Announcing Our 2009 Flag Preservation Project


Raleigh, NC- January 17, 2009: Members of Co. I, 6th NCST (Cedar Fork Rifles Preservation Society) at the North Carolina Museum of History, viewing the historic battle flag carried by the 6th North Carolina State troops. Captured at Sailors Creek and returned to NC in 1905 this relic needs conservation work before it can be displayed to the general public.
