RULES
1.) First and foremost our main rule is to have FUN!
2.) Secondly, there is to be no attacking of other wrestlers in your role-plays, unless it is agreed to upon by both parties. I want submission in writing from both wrestlers before the role-play is posted. Send it to my e-mail, and then, when I receieve conformation from both wrestlers I will reply to you, that it is ok to post it.
3.) Rules on titles, and defending titles can be found under the titles page.
4.) You are to post you role-play on the role-play board! There is to be no linking of your role-plays to the board! We've already had one person quit because of it. If you disagree with this rule, you can leave as well. The role-play board was created for a reason not to have you link your rp's there.
5.) DO NOT BITCH OR COMPLAIN ON THE ROLE-PLAY BOARDS!!! There will be an OOC board if you feel you need to bitch or complain... Preferably if you have something to complain about please send it to my e-mail where it can be properly discussed in private, and not in public. Furthermore, the role-play board will be for role-plays only. If you want to discuss teaming up or starting factions or whatever else that doesn't pertain to a role-play post it on the OOC board. That's what it's there for.
6.) Do not use real wrestlers! This is not the WWE, this is not real life... It is a 'fantasy' wrestling league. So be creative and use your imagination on creating your wrestlers! There will be a two(2) wrestler limit per person, but if you cannot be active with both wrestlers, then you will be asked to eliminate one(1) of them.
7.) CONTRACTS - All new wrestlers will be given a two (2) week probationary contract. However, your length, and perks of the new contract will be determined on how you do in your probationary period. Below is how the extended contracts will break down, based on different scenarios of your role-plays and activity in the first two weeks.
a.) LOW SKILL AND MINOR ACTIVITY
- One (1) more trial week where you will be monitored VERY closely, and then after that week if there is no change, you will be asked to leave the fed: Or possibly just be used in a card filler role.
b.) LOW SKILL AND FREQUENT ACTIVITY
- Two (2) week addition to your contract. But if we don't see any change in the style or talent of roleplays, you will be given one (1) more trial week where you will be monitored VERY closely. And then after that week if there is still no change, you will be asked to leave the fed: Or possibly just be used in a card filler role.
c.) MEDIUM SKILL AND MINOR ACTIVITY
- Two (2) week addition to your contract. But if we don't see any change in the style or talent of roleplays, you will be given one (1) more trial week where you will be monitored VERY closely. And then after that week if there is still no change, you will be asked to leave the fed: Or possibly just be used in a card filler role.
d.) MEDIUM SKILL AND FREQUENT ACTIVITY
- Will be offered a full time contract for a time period of a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of one (1) full year. After the contract expires, it can be re-newed again through negotians with the CEO and President of e3w. With this contract you will be gauranteed three (3) PPV appearances, and at least one (1) title shot during your contract period... However you can earn more title shots with experience.
e.) HIGH SKILL AND MINOR ACTIVITY
- Will be offered a full time contract for a time period of a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of one (1) full year. After the contract expires, it can be re-newed again through negotians with the CEO and President of e3w. With this contract you will be gauranteed three (3) PPV appearances, and at least one (1) title shot during your contract period... However you can earn more title shots with more frequent activity.
f.) HIGH SKILL AND FREQUENT ACTIVITY
- Will be offered a full time contract for a time period of a minimum of six (6) months to a maximum of two (2) full years. After the contract expires, it can be re-newed again through negotians with the CEO and President of e3w. With this contract you will be gauranteed six (6) PPV appearances, and at least three (3) title shots, one of which being the World Title, during your contract period.
Note: All contracts can become null and void if the president or CEO feels it necessary... They have the final say in whether or not to fire anyone at anytime, for any reason at all. All violations of the above rules, will be subject first to a warning, and if you fail to abide by the rules again, you will be FIRED! With that said, we hope you enjoy the e3w!!!
