Folksonomy: The Soylent Green of the 21st Century
"Cheap metadata is metadata made by someone else, or rather by many someone elses. Or, put another way, the most important ingredient in folksonomy is people." What IS Soylent Green, anyway? (Wait for it... wait for it...)
(And for the record, I've never been a big fan of the word "folksonomy." The idea is fine, the word, notsomuch.)
