Hey, hey, hey! It's the Silent Con, giving you the news you've been dying for ever since our "vacation". But we are back and here is some top stories:

Fro fired, punches Silent Con

On friday December 15, it was announced that Chance "Fro" Froebe was kicked off of the team of EP2 NEWS. Reasons for that was unannounced but the reason of him being fired was quickly changed to "physical alltercation" with me, which right before lunch, Fro got mad at E and punched me in the lower ribs, and news spread like wildfire. I am doing fine and I forgive Fro.

The Dirty Truth of Sevies

That same Friday, during 7th hour, we were given the opportunity to go outside and as many of us did, me, G Web, Erin, Tay Mas, E, Fro, and more, messed around on the field across the school and basically walked around. Well the highlight of that was when we approached some "Sevies" and they were like "blah blah blah", and then we started talking to annoy them and we walked off. We could then hear someone say, "I don't like sitxh graders.", and then with Mrs. O'K. as a witness, (even though she might not have heard), Fro screamed, "B*** me blondie!", and we continued to talk amongst ourselves. Wow, seventh graders do have nerve. ;)

"Eragon" and plans to see "Epic Movie"

Friday evening, Erin led a plan to get some people to see the movie based on the book by Christopher Paolini, "Eragon". Well some agreed to it, while others didn't. In the end, me, G Web, Erin, Ty-Wah, and T Rose went and saw it. According to Erin, "it was different from the movie." But in the previews, we came across a movie trailer "from the 2 of the 6 writers of Scary Movie", which began with a parody of the wardrobe opening scene of last year's The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, with a mix of Snakes On A Plane, Harry Potter (which was hilarious), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Nacho Libre, Pirates of the Carribean (cover your eyes children), the MTV show "Kribs", and so much more. The film drops January 26, 2007 (!!!), and we have not made offcial plans to see it.

"The Night of December 8th" film review

As we know, we were all characters in E's The Night of December 8th, and we watched as we laughed, laughed, laughed, throughout the 5 min. movie. It had its ups, (mistletoe, breaking the ice, dancing, and the pyramid), and its downs (cant see many things in night vision, bathroom scene was un-seeable), but if you were at the party, you liked it and you know along with being the best party of 2006, it's the best movie on EP2 in 2006. So with that, I award The Night of December Eight, 5 out of 5 stars due to E's way of directing and filmaking.
