Sally strides into view as Lance drops the guy.   It’s a big panel showing her in all her glory.  The guys are dumbstruck.

 

LANCE – “Who are you?”

 

EDGE – “And can I have your number?”

 

SALLY – “Call me Knockout.”

 

EDGE – “I’ll agree with that.”

 

Pg 19, Panel 2

 

The rapist and victim run away in the background.  Lance and Edge are staring down Sally. 

 

SALLY – “Your reign of terror is over, scum.”

 

EDGE – “Wow, she’s like right out of the movies.   And my dreams.”

 

LANCE – “Quiet, Edge.  What do you want with us?”

 

Pg 19, Panel 3

 

SALLY – “I’m here to stop you from picking on these people.”

 

LANCE – “Lady, you’re hot, but you’re nuts.  We were helping her!”

 

SALLY – “Not from where I was standing.”

 

EDGE – “Then you need to move, ‘cause that’s what was going on.”

 

LANCE and SALLY together – “Shut up!”

 

Pg 19, Panel 4

 

LANCE – “Look, I don’t want to fight you or anything.  Let’s talk this out.”

 

SALLY – “Too late, pretty boy.”

 

She charges at him.

Pg 20, Panel 1

 

Sally swings at Lance as he flies upward to get away.

 

LANCE – “Hey, watch it!  I’m not the bad guy here!”

 

Pg 20, Panel 2

 

Sally picks up a garbage can lid and hurls it at him. 

 

SALLY – “You could have fooled me.  I saw what you did to that guy.”

 

Pg 20, Panel 3

 

Lance deflects the garbage can lid and sends it flying back at her.

 

LANCE – “He deserved it.  He was trying to rape her!”

 

Pg 20, Panel 4

 

Sally charges again, grabbing Lance’s leg.

 

SALLY – “So you say.  Not what I saw”

 

Pg 20, Panel 5

 

Sally slams Lance into a wall.

 

LANCE – “Unnghh!”

 

EDGE – “Lance!”

Pg 21, Panel 1

 

Edge charges toward Sally.  Lance falls down to the ground, stunned.

 

EDGE – “Let him go you idiot!”

 

Pg 21, Panel 2

 

Sally turns to face Edge.

 

SALLY – “Bring it on, tough guy!”

 

Pg 21, Panel 3

 

Edge is picked up by the neck by Sally. 

 

EDGE – “Now who’s the bad guy, huh?”

Sally throws him aside.

 

SALLY – “Stay out of this.  You don’t belong here.”

 

LANCE (off panel) – “But I do”

Lance hurls a ton of stuff at her, including a dumpster.

Sally is struggling against the dumpster. 

 

SALLY – “Think you’ve got me, beat, Sparky?  Think again!”

Sally punches the wall behind her, as the dumpster flies toward her.

The wall comes crashing down from the top, straight towards Lance.
