The bad thing about looking down or sideways all the time, is that sometimes we miss the beauty and testament of our Creator's hand in the sights above.  Indeed, God gave us heads that can turn all sides (except behind), so that we can press on, look upward and forward, and remain resolute. Looking behind can be a health hazard...maybe that's why our heads don't turn comfortably that way!
