Sometimes church leaders are so busy leading their flock, that they step on their sheep. They forget that individual, human "sheep" like to be loved, noticed and respected, not pushed around like their animal namesakes.  If the desire to rule and be right cancels out love and sincerity, it is better for that leader to be transferred into secular society, where such carnal traits are rampant.
