-Always wear safety gear.

-Warm up before you start skating-strectching exercises
  really.

-Learn to fall properly.

-Don't try new tricks until you feel you are ready.

-If you injured,stop skating immediately and tend to you're
injury.

-If someone has to go to hospital,go along with them to offer
  support.That's what friends are for.

-If you are coming back from injury,be sure that has fully
healed before you get back on your board.Consider wearing
a support bandage on the injured area until it's back to full
strength.
