Dear Mr. O'Hara, SR.,

Once again sadly we are unable to reply to your email.  I am sorry that you and my husband's Aunts object to my research and postings.  We are aware that you have visited both our web sites often.

As for the factual content of my genealogy data I can produce factual legal documents and research from other sources to support my data.  Since I share my data with other researchers free of charge I have as much right to post and share my data that is accurate with whom ever and where ever I would like to.  This freedom is guarenteed to me under the Constitution of the United States of American and by the Federal Freedom of Information act and various Sunshine Laws.

My suggestion to you and my husbands Aunts is that if you dont like what Ive posted dont read it.  As long as I do not publish any information other than that which I have procured through public documents and willing interviews of Family members there is little any lawyer could do.  I have not published any vital information that is not publicly available to any diligent researcher.  If you would like to prove me wrong in any of my data feel free to publish your information contesting mine.

This is such a sad way for family to behave.  I am sorry that you find my simple genealogy information so repulsive.

Have a great day.
