| Mr. OHara, Thank you for your email dated Saturday, March 9, 2002. I do regret that we must continue to communicate in this manner. We are sorry that you do not feel compelled to share the information about your familys heritage with your children and grandchildren. Im sure Fannies story alone would be fascinating, not only to us but to your sisters and their children as well. I am thrilled that Boyd Clair's portfolio is with you. I was so terribly concerned that all of his artwork was destroyed. Thank goodness it is safe and sound and in the care of someone who can truly appreciate his gift. Some of his fellow classmates at Reade Township High School have told of his wonderful talents. They apparently have several sketches done by your father for them that they are NOT willing to part with for any money in the world. You father was remember fondly by them as a great guy. Oh, I am absolutely certain that the originals would help me greatly in my quest for the OHara Heritage. But since you do not care to share your information, I will continue my search as I have up to now, on my own. I think I have done very well considering that they only information I had when I started was where Boyd Clair died, Silver Spring, MD. Amusingly, your son and I turn out to be 7th cousins on two different sides of the family. I thank you for reminding me not to trust the information in legal documents. Unfortunately legal documents are produce by humans and therefore, prone to human error. I was unable to find any posting from you on the web boards. I usually receive notification when my posts are responded to. I will however, keep monitoring them from time to time as is my normal habit. Once again thank-you for you time and we wish you and Aunt Shari good health. Oh and one other item, my yahoo email account is NOT [email protected]. |
