In the early 1990s, NATO approached various gun manufacturers with the task of designing and producing a gun suitable for 2/3rds of Military personnel that aren't trained to carry small arms. The result was the Fabrique Nationale P-90 (Project 90). A gun that is designed to be compact and accurate. And at the same time, Penetrate 47 layers of kevlar using the 5-7 round.

So how does the airsoft version perform? Well firstly, like the real deal, its compact (without the silencer fitted) and quite comforable. The gun's design makes it ambidextrous and simple to operate from semi to full auto fire with the switch being located right underneath the trigger. With the SOCOM Style suppressor,  The gunis just under 27 inches long, And 20 inches with the standard flash-hider fitted.

The P90 is built solid with a good portion of the body being made from rock solid ABS plastic Components such as the flash hider, Suppressor, barrel and triple rail module are all made from metal. The butt plate slides off to reveal the battery pack, and has enough space to easily fit the battery, and not have to worry about it rattling around. The Hop-Up Adjuster barrel is located in the thumbhole grip behind a small trapdoor. The Magazine is located under the TR module and is easy to change. Just press down on the magazine catch and the mag pops up enough for you to grab it and change it with one hand while still holding the gun. Loading a magazine is as simple as sliding it under the TR module and giving it a firm push to lock it in place. Another good feature is that on the standard magazines, the bb loading mech is hidden from view by 50 dummy 5.7 rounds. A clever device that sadly, is only with the standard magazines.

So when it came to shooting, how did it fair? Well i must say im very impressed. Accuracy is great despite its size, and i found it easy to group my shots together on semi auto. However the fact i only have 1 standard magazines which can hold 70 rounds means i find myself running out of ammo just as the fun begins. The best part, as with any Aeg, is the full auto. 20 Minutes after i got it and found the batteries had some charge in, I was out in the garden with my target. Setting the fire selector to A (Full auto) and squeezing the trigger, i found myself ripping massive holes through flimsty paper targets. The one thing i learnt from that is, The gun is accutate and aiming is as simple as lining up to the target and firing away. The rate of fire is also insane with Tokyo Marui's new generation EG1000 Motor.
I find this gun easy to use and operate, and on a scale from 1 to 10, 1 being lowest..10 being highest. I'd have to give this gun 8 and a half. Mainly decreased due to the large magazine size and a lack of pockets to fit them.
