November 26th ((Duskstalker, Perceptor)) (U,A) Mecha-Feline bounds along. Oracle is walking...just walking. Mecha-Feline catches up to Oracle, as if she knew to find her here. "Mrrreroooowww." Oracle nods to the Feline. "Hello." Mecha-Feline purrs softly and rubs up against a leg. Oracle pats her absently on the head. "And how are you this evening?" Mecha-Feline says, "It is not important how I am.. it is important how you are." You say, "What do you mean?" Mecha-Feline's tail gestures at your scarring. "I think you know.." You say, "I'm fine." Mecha-Feline watches you with that cat like knowing looking. "Why are you walking out here then?" You say, "The City got too confining suddenly. I /had/ to leave for a while." Mecha-Feline nods. "Mind some company?" You say, "Of course I don't mind...though some company can be trouble." Mecha-Feline says, "Do I look like trouble?" Oracle shakes her head. "Of course not." Mecha-Feline says, "Good..." Oracle starts walking again. Mecha-Feline follows, like a lost cat. Mecha-Feline keeps following. Oracle heads back towards the city...she's beginning to look tired. She must have been walking for quite sometime before you happened upon her. Oracle turns back once to see if she's still following. Mecha-Feline is following all right. Oracle nods her head and keeps going. Mecha-Feline rubs up against Omega but still follows Oracle enters the city. Mecha-Feline keeps following, sticking close. Oracle seats herself at the fountain, letting her weary limbs rest. Mecha-Feline bounds up to the fountain and sits next to you. Oracle sighs. Mecha-Feline purrs softly, comfortingly. Oracle pats her head again. "Is there any reason you chose to accompany me?" Mecha-Feline purrs. "Cats know when non primals need comfort." You say, "Is it really that obvious?" Mecha-Feline says, "TO me yes." Mecha-Feline's tail swishes. You say, "Sometimes I think it must be to everyone." Mecha-Feline's tail encircles her own form. "It is not hard to see if when you wear it on your face." You say, "That is true. I don't do it intentionally, but I don't make an effort to hide it either." Mecha-Feline says, "Have you tried talking to someone about what troubles you?" Oracle nods her head. "Yes, but for some reason it never makes sense to anyone...including myself." Mecha-Feline says, "Try talking to me then." You say, "I don't know you very well." Mecha-Feline purrs. "Ah but you see, sometimes it is the impartial stranger that can have the best viewpoint." You say, "That is true...a truth I've almost forgotten myself." Mecha-Feline says, "I am a good listener. But it is your choice to talk." You say, "Perhaps I'm just worried about everything. Everyone knows about the situation with Lunar. It all started so simple, and ending up involving half of Cybertron. I never intended that." Mecha-Feline says, "I don't know the situation. In fact I feel badly that it was I that found his hideout." You say, "Why should you feel badly? All of Cybertron wanted him locked away...all but me, Oracle." Mecha-Feline says, "I feel badly because I didn't know the whole situation." Mecha-Feline says, "And now I am partially responsible for what happens to him." You say, "I see. Well, from everyone's point of view it was a bad thing from the start." Mecha-Feline says, "Tell me the whole story." You say, "Well, Lunar and I first met at the Blaster. We had a staring optics contest, which Onslaught rudely interupted. The event stuck out in my mind, so I talked to Lunar again when we had the chance." Mecha-Feline nods. Listening. You say, "Anyhow, one day I interupted his 'fun' with Brawl. This was just after that sub-space issue had died down. Lunar was taking advantage of Brawl's gullibleness and I ended that. After that he started threatening me. I should have told the Militia, or at least stoped talking to him, but I didn't." Mecha-Feline says, "I see... continue." You say, "I was too proud in my own way. I thought nothing bad could happen to me. I was also very naive. I didn't think he would do anything. He even warned me, many times to turn back, to stop seeking him out. I didn't listen to him...or anyone else." Mecha-Feline says, "Do you love him?" Mecha-Feline just cuts to the chase don't she? :) You say, "I don't think I do. I'm concerned for what happens to him, but I don't think it's the same thing." Mecha-Feline looks relieved. "Good, trust me that loving a Con is a bad thing in the long run." Oracle laughs. "I've already fallen into that pit. Not that /I/ mind, but everyone else seems to." Mecha-Feline's tail swishes. "Indeed." You say, "No one but the Decepticons seem to like the Decepticons...and even they don't seem to like eachother very much." Mecha-Feline says, "I would not be able to speak on that too much..." You say, "What do you mean by that?" Perceptor nods hello to Duskstalker and Oracle as he approaches, smiling politely. Oracle nods back to Perceptor...smiling. Perceptor says, "So...how have the two of you been of late?" Mecha-Feline waves a tail to Perceptor, gesturing he come join them. "I haven't been around Cons in their base to speak on how they treat one another, therefore it would be unsafe to me to say a thing about what you said. You say, "I haven't been inside their bases, but I've been to their gates." Mecha-Feline nods. Mecha-Feline says, "I am well thank you for asking Perceptor." You say, "I just get a sense of discontnetment coming from many in their ranks." Perceptor nods, "In who's ranks, Oracle? If you don't mind my asking, of course." You say, "The Decepticons. I haven't seen many Autobots lately except for you." Mecha-Feline purrs "There is discontent because of the war, no more or less." You say, "That could be it, but those in high rank don't treat those in lower ranks very well, I'm sure of it." Perceptor noids, "That, and the entire debacle with Lunar and his trial. That incident has really divided up the ranks, from what I've seen." Oracle sighs deeply. "I'm just trouble." Perceptor turns to Duskstalker, "Oh, and I spoke with Lunar agin today. He'd be willing to use the non-biased Unafilliated idea for his trial, so we might have some kind of chance at this point." Perceptor looks to Oracle, "Why do you say that, Oracle?" You say, "Because every time I mean well, it backfires." Mecha-Feline says, "I spoke to Wildfire. She said he will get a fair trial and is going to ask about me bein on the jury." You say, "Will I be needed at all?" Perceptor nods, "I would hope so, Oracle. In what capacity, I cannot guess, but I would say that you'll be asked to play a role in this whole event." Mecha-Feline says, "You'd be a key player." You say, "I started it. So it would be only fitting that I finish it as well." Perceptor nods, "Good. Good, Duskstalker. I should hope that the militia is coming to their senses..." And yes, Oracle. That kind of irony is a fitting end to the whole fiasco. You say, "Have they set a date yet?" Perceptor shakes his head, "No, not that I know of. It's still up in the air, as far as I know." Mecha-Feline says, "I've not heard anything." You say, "I wish it were over. Then maybe I wouldn't feel so edgy." Mecha-Feline seems thoughful. "Purrhaps I can teach you how to work on that...." You say, "Maybe, maybe not. I think only resolution can help. Ever since that moment when the world closed in on me, I have been feeling so overwhelmed." Perceptor nods, "Yes. Yes, Oracle, that might help. And once this is over, you'll feel better. You need a sense of closure and justice, I think. That will bring you peace." Mecha-Feline says, "Very well.. shut off your optics... and then I want you to picture a place where you felt most at peace." You say, "But I don't /want/ justice. I ..." Perceptor nods, "What *do* you want, then, Oracle?" Mecha-Feline says, "Perceptor... your distracting my student." Mecha-Feline's tail swishes in a annoyed fashion. You say, "I'm not certain what I want. But I never asked for justice, I just asked for the matter to be left alone. But no one would listen. They didn't know..." Mecha-Feline says, "You will not know what you want if you don't get focused... you cannot focus if you do not try to attempt this excercise... now shut off your optics and picture a place where you are serene." Oracle shuts her optics and leans back, her face falling into contemplation. Mecha-Feline says, "Good. Be sure when you picture this serene place that you can smell the scents there, feel the wind or the sun that is there... get in tune with the surroundings." Oracle nods her head slightly. Mecha-Feline says, "If you focus on this place... you will find serenity... with focus and serenity.. you shall find your answer." Oracle snaps her optics open. "But there is no answer there, because there was no question." Mecha-Feline's tail swishes. "There need not be a question... focus please..." Oracle slowly closes her optics once more. Mecha-Feline says, "Perceptor.. see to it she is not disturbed. I've rats to catch." Perceptor says, "i would think that the masses have made this issue into *their* problem. I agrree and sympathize that this should not have been so overblown, however. I'm sorry that you are having a hard time with the entire affair. At any rate, the trial will put these matters to rest, hopefully." Perceptor nods, "I will, Duskstalker." Mecha-Feline shakes her head. "Drop it until she finds her focus and serenity... then she will know the answer to what she wants. Oracle start humming softly to herself. Mecha-Feline trusts Perceptor to make sure Oracle won't be disturbed and then hopefully the answer will be revealed :) Perceptor continues watching Oracle, making sure she is not disturbed...he notes the erie calmness, and wonders what power Duskstalker has to relax people like this... Oracle opens her optics sometime later. "Is she gone?" Perceptor nods slowly. "Yes. Yes, she left for her den shorly ago. I was told toto watch out for you and ensure you were not disturbed. How do you feel?" You say, "Only a little calmer, but I still don't know my own mind." Perceptor sighs, "Oracle, I think that you have a great deal of emotional baggage to work through at the moment, Your thoughts are spinning off into diffe, and you need to come to terms with what happened, to find peace." You say, "Perhaps you're right. I'll go and think on these things. Good evening."
