((Euphoria, Hacksaw)) (U,A) Euphoria is walking around, before he just sits onto the floor. He hoilds a bottle of drink in his hand and he is crying.... For all who know Euphoria, this is NOT the one ever seen before. He is usually ALWAYS happy, but it's almost as if he has just fallen from that caliber into depression.... Oracle sees someone crying and walks over to him. "Pardon me, but are you okay?" Euphoria sobs, and whispers out to her through harshly spat out words "Get lost, kiddo. Just leave old Euphoria to die...." Euphoria says, "Or do you "care" like everyone else?" Euphoria says, "Wouldn't recommend you 'care' darling, everyone who does dies, got me? They always leave me alone....." You say, "Of course I care. I care about everyone until they take a shot at me. Now, why won't you tell me what's wrong?" Euphoria picks up his bottle and throws it at the Dance's Club. He shouts "This Club is mine! And guess what, it ain't worth it. And my business ain't worth it! And I ain't!!!!! YOU AIN'T GOT A CLUE HAVE YOU?" Euphoria falls back to the ground and softens his voice. Part of it contains a sweet innocence to it. He apologises. "I'm sorry...." Oracle looks concerned, but she can't help the slight smile that twitches at the corner of her face. "People have been telling me that a lot lately. But I'm not what's important at the moment. Why don't you slow down and try to tell me what has you so upset." Euphoria sighs and just wraps himself up into a ball and seems to have no hope left. "I murdered someone." Euphoria just looks at her, hopelessness in his eyes. Euphoria says, "So now can you just kill me for it?" Oracle shakes her head. "I don't kill people, I don't even hurt anyone. Besides, it's not for me to judge you." Euphoria buries his head deeper. Euphoria says, "I've been judged. I've been spat out of society." Euphoria says, "You got one choice lady.... Two..." You say, "Who judged you?" Euphoria says, "Kill me now or imprison me." Euphoria looks at her bluntly, not caring. Euphoria says, "I did." You say, "I'm just a civilian. I can't do anything to you." Euphoria laughs, with sarcasm in the tone. Euphoria says, "Then just go away. I've got no home, no placve to go to of worth, no friends, no nothing....." Oracle moves to help Euphoria up. "Come on. You shouldn't just sit out here like this. Let's go inside somewhere." Euphoria just slumps limply. He doesn't care... Then he decides to follow her. He gets up and shrugs off her before she can help him up. He seems to walk with little or not help and he doesn't seem to be inured. "Just..... I'll follow you and nothin' else, okay? But I've survibved Monacus by myself, I don't need help." Oracle moves to leave the area, looking over her shoulder to see if she is being followed. Euphoria follows her, almost by her side. He never looks up. Oracle opens the door to her house and gestures. "Go on in." Oracle walks in after him. *Oracle & Euphoria enter Ora's Dwelling* Euphoria just stands by the doorway. There is a look of shame on his face. His pride cannot cope with this blow, and he stands by the doorway planning to leave when he can. Oracle gestures at a seat. "Sit down. It's easier than standing." Euphoria sighs and takes a seat. He murmurs somethjng to her but only quietly. Euphoria mutters to Euphoria: "Sorry ... ... I'm ... tired.... No ... ... ... on is ... ... ..." You say, "So, who did you 'murder' and why?" Oracle nods her head. "Perhaps not, perhaps not, but it could be. Especially since you seem to want to be locked up. I don't see how there can be a proper trial without a proper victim." Euphoria chuckles. In a moody sort of way... Euphoria says, "You wanna know? Fine. Two Decepticons, who murdered the one person who ever cared for me, my ONLY ever soul-mate. On one of the moons." Euphoria says, "My creator." Oracle cocks her head to one side. "And you feel badly about killing them, even though they killed the most important person to you?" Euphoria looks at her, almost tears running down his eyes. Euphoria says, "Would you ever kill? I look at this war, see everyone hurting and I hurt too! DEATH is what peopel have caused, but I love them all! I love everybody! But they've just abandoned me...." Euphoria says, "I killed in defence maybe, but killing is never acceptable. NEVER!...." Oracle shakes her head. "Sometimes it is necessary, though I hope I never see the day when I am put to that test. I'm a peaceful person, and I wish the others would follow in suit." Euphoria cries suddenly.... "I'm all alone. I need him..... I need him.... I'm still lost..... All of this happiness..... Just a facade.... I set up my businesses to concentrate on everyone else and forget my past.... Oracle pats Euphoria on the back and makes a soothing sound. Euphoria gets up and begins to stagger over to the door. You can still smell the alchohol emenating from his syetsm as he says.... Euphoria says, "Just leave me alone! I deserve to die!" Euphoria says, "Lets see how many people care for me when I pilot myself into a baclk hole, huih?" Euphoria turns to open the door.... Oracle puts a restraining hand on Euphoria's arm. Euphoria looks at her. There is no trace left of his usual happiness. Oracle glances back at Euphoria. Her optics are serene and full of concern. Euphoria pauses to hear what she has to say. You say, "Don't do anything rash or dangerous. You might find you have more friends than you though." Euphoria says, "Name one." You say, "I'll be your friend if you'll let me." Euphoria looks at her with two blank eyes. Euphoria says, "Girl, I tri....*..." Euphoria suddenly begins to sway. He has never handled alcohol very well, Onslaught and Talisman could tell you tales, as he falls to the ground, completely unconscious. Oracle shakes Euphoria gently, trying to bring him back to consciousness. Euphoria is completely "out-of"-it". It may be either a good idea to take him back home or take him to a hospice as there's no way to get him awake unless you shock him or unless he wakes up by himself.... Oracle isn't very strong, but she tries to move Euphoria onto the bed, where he'll at least be comfortable, so she can go get some help. Euphoria isn't very heavy and she will probably manage it easily. Oracle moves Euphoria onto the bed and tries again to wake him up. Euphoria is sleeping off the effects of the drink. He will probably not wake up now for the next hour or so. *Oracle leaves her house." Oracle steps out of her house, looking ponderous. Hacksaw is wanders around the district, in his aimless way. That's entirely aimless. Or is it... ? Oracle nods politely to Hacksaw. Hacksaw waves and smiles at the polite nodding person. "Hi!" You say, "Greetings. How are you this day?" Hacksaw says, "Pretty good. Nothing to do right now, though. I'm waiting for the Cinetron Omniplex to open for the day. There's a great movie there. 'The Sixth Mode'." You say, "I'm glad to hear that someone's enjoying themselves today." Hacksaw says, "Yeah. How about you?" You say, "I'm fairly well off today. A litle worn out, but otherwise fine." Hacksaw nods, "Ah. Well... there's always sleep. I find it does wonders when I'm worn out." He adds the last bit with a smile. Oracle shakes her head. "I'm not worn out in that manner. Perhaps I'm just a little drained from a particularily sad scene." Hacksaw says, "Ah... scene from what? Life?" You say, "Yes, only life's scenes sadden me." Hacksaw says, "Yeah. I guess the war must be a bummer for you, then." You say, "It goes against almost everything I believe in." Hacksaw says, "Me, too. But, I figure, if I help, it'll be over faster." You say, "Both sides are equally stuborn. I don't see either side winning, either through words or through violence, any time soon." Hacksaw says, "I suppose, but any action is better than none at all. Although, some Autobots are just as bad as the Cons. And some of the Cons seem to be somewhat Bot like... but that's another story." You say, "I have come to the same conclusion. I see members in both sides that wish they weren't in the war at all. I have many friends in the Decepticon faction, but many of them stay only because their lives would be threatened even more so if they left. I don't approve of the Decepticon methods at all." Hacksaw shrugs. "I just don't really like Decepticons in general. Some seem agreeable, as drinking buddies, but I wouldn't care to meet up with them outside of here." Oracle lowers her voice somewhat. "I don't think I'll leave Crystal City alone anymore. I think that there's an individual who would make my life rather miserable if I did so." Hacksaw blinks. "Really? Mind if I ask who, or would you rather I didn't?" Oracle hesitates. "His name is Lunar, you may know him. I don't actually know his full intentions, but he /was/ rather threatening the other day." Hacksaw scratches his chin. "The name's not familiar..." Oracle shrugs. "He's a Decepticon with rather...different...views on life. He's a little frightening at times, but people aren't always what they seem to be." Hacksaw nods, "I know what you mean.." You say, "One would think, from word on the streets, that the Decepticons are all bad, but many of them aren't." Hacksaw says, "I know they aren't all bad. But for those that aren't rotten, there are those who are black of (spark/laser core). It keep the balence, I guess." You say, "I suppose. But at any rate, I prefer to stay out of the war. It wouldn't seem like such a horrible thing if it were only the devoted members of each cause fighting it out far away from civlians, but everyone gets hurt by this war, whether they are involved or not." Hacksaw says, "I guess." You say, "So far I haven't really been touched by this war directly, but I dread the day when I actually see one of my friends from one faction hurt, or even kill, one of my friends from the opposite faction." Hacksaw says, "Well... don't get to be friends with this guy I know. He seems to take pleasure in blowing up Decepticons." You say, "Who?" Hacksaw says, "Failsafe. Sadistic bugger. I think he was the one who staked out those Con civvies a while back." You say, "I've never met that individual. He doesn't sound very pleasant to me." Hacksaw says, "He's not. Haven't seen him in a long while. I hope he got lost somehwere, and expired." You say, "It was nice talking to you, but I think I'll have that sleep you suggested after all." Hacksaw nods. "Ok. See you round, then." Oracle heads back into her house.
