Razelore walks in slowly, using a cane for show. Razelore comes slowly out of the gates. Oracle nods to Razelore. "Good day to you." Razelore smiles as he sees the citizen, "Ahh, hello..." You say, "And how are you today?" Razelore says, "Doing very well, and yourself?" You say, "I'm fine." Razelore says, "Wonderful, so pleased to hear it." Razelore looks around briefly and up at Omega, "Well, if that is all, I believe I shall be going now..." You say, "Where might you be off to?" Razelore says, "Oh, back to Darkmount, of course, not much else to see here today." You say, "From what I've heard of others affiliated with that place, there's not much to do there either." Razelore smiles, "Perhaps, but often they aren't the ones in command." You say, "What do you mean by that?" Razelore says, "I have paperwork to maintain and other odds and ends to straighten out." You say, "I see. Well, I would tell you to enjoy yourself, but I've heard there is little to bring joy inside of Darkmount." Razelore says, "That is rarely the case, I very much enjoy some of the goings on inside Darkmount, why just last cycle I had an experience which quite lightened my spirit." You say, "I wouldn't know by personal experiance. I've never seen the inside of Darkmount." Razelore says, "It can be quite lovely, the view itself is wonderful." You say, "But it's beauty is lessened by the fact that only those who are of your affiliation may share it's good points." Oracle turns to Onslaught. "Good day to you." Then she turns back to Razelore. "I disagree. I find it an increasing sore spot that there are places I am forbiden to see." Onslaught folds his arms across his chest, and asks in his pleasent barritones, "And what pray tell is such a hidden beauty of art?" Razelore says, "The view from the Darkmount Launch Platform, or had you not noticed it?" Onslaught says, "I do not pay attention to such trivalities, though I have been told by are more artistic affluenced that the view is spectacular." Oracle leans against the city walls and glances at the sky. Razelore says, "Exactly my point, for those who can enjoy it it is wonderful and is made even moreso by those who cannot." You say, "I can't agree with that. I believe that anything of artistic quality should be for everyone. What's the point of putting creative effort into something that so few people will get to savor." Razelore says, "But you yourself, what are your thoughts on the fountain inside Crystal City, a fountain my brother helped to build, yet you see it every day and that devalues it." You say, "Not necessarily. Beauty is beauty. I can marvel at the city sites everytime I pass in and out of the gates." Razelore says, "And because you see them so much you will start to ignore them over time, not marvelling in them ever time ou see them until at last upon passing them you do not see them at all." You say, "But I still cannot enjoy what I haven't once seen at all. Then I wouldn't have even a memory to ponder over." Razelore says, "Then I'm afraid you must always wonder." You say, "I'm afraid so, although I won't pretend I like it." Razelore says, "No need for you to like it, but if you joined us, you could see it every cycle." You say, "No matter who I joined, I would be forbidden something. At least now I choose my own path. I can be a fool for myself, it's better than being a fool for someone else." Onslaught listens quietly, not taking a very active role. Razelore says, "I am forbidden no view on all of Cybertron, if you joined I could do the same for you...." Sunspot strolls in, looking at a datapad in her hand. Sunspot hrms and studies it , then makes a face "What a stupid rule.. It's as if they expect you to be almost godlike here.." Oracle nods to Sunspot, then continues her conversation with Razelore. "But you still have people to answer to, or people who answer to you. I can do many more things, not being prohibited by multiple convictions imposed upon me by someone of authority." Sunspot doesn't really appear to be watching where she's going, heading out from the gates Sunspot hears convo and turns towards it, sill reading the datapad. Thinking she's still in the center coutyard and is heading for the middle of it, where people are. Razelore says, "I am ruled by a few, ruling others is a pleasant diversion, and as I said there is no where I cannot visit, given my role." Sunspot is very much intent on this datapad, scanning it and either making a face or nodding at whatever she's reading You say, "Still, I don't have enough faith in your faction to become one. I don't want to sound biased against them, but it seems to me that many belonging to their faction must do things against their will or better judgement. That's not my way of doing things." Oracle, noticing that Sunspot is about to walk into something, approaches her and taps her on the shoulder. "Pardon me." Razelore says, "Everyone must do things against their will at one point or another, but against my better judgement, no, command does give one a few perks." Sunspot stops and looks over "Oh, wha?" She blinks, at oracle, then looks to see where she was headed and notices she was about to head into a large rock like structure. She blinks and looks around widely "Woah.. I don't think i'm in Crystal City anymore.." she then looks to oracle and nods "My thanks... you are?" Oracle talks back over her shoulder. "I wouldn't care to command anybody." You say, "I am Oracle, and you appear to be very preoccupied." Sunspot nods ad smiles sheepishly, holding up the datapad "Studying. I am Sunspot. Nice to meet you." Razelore says, "It does have...advantages." Oracle smiles. "Nice to meet you too." Turns back to Razelore & Onslaught. "I don't think the advantages would outweigh the disadvantages." Sunspot blinks and looks to the other mechs talking, blinking as they are cons, and Oracle is not. Interested, she walks a little cloer to them, and their convo with Oracle. Who's right by her anyway. "What's this about factions? Razelore says, "Oh but they do." You say, "Not for me they wouldn't. We are all slaves to something or another, but I intend to stay as free as possible by choosing my own master, which is the only kind of freedom there is." Sunspot blinks and looks at Oracle, getting the wave of this conversation "They aren't trying to get you to sympthasize or join them, are they?" Oracle faces Sunspot for a moment. "Something to that effect." Razelore says, "I did the exact same thing, I choose my own master and gained freedom through the Empire." You say, "Maybe it worked out for you, and I'm happy for you, but I wouldn't be happy with someone looming over my shoulder making sure everything I do is in accordance with faction beliefs." Razelore says, "That is seldom the way, is it, Onslaught?" Sunspot frowns "I don't think they should If you wanted to be with them, woudln't you have been so already?" Razelore says, "Oh, not to worry, this is simply a friendly conversation." Sunspot blinks at Razelore. Oracle laughs. "Well, I've already been an Autobot, I'm unaffiliated right now, and if I joined the Decepticons, I would have all the basis covered, wouldn't I?" It's obvious she's just joking. Sunspot crosses her arms and taps the datapad to her hip "Well, I would hope you're not harassing her.." You say, "Don't worry about me. I enjoy discussing our differances of opinion, as long as our discussion remains verbal." Razelore smiles, failing to look charming, "No we started off speaking upon beauty, my but aren't we paranoid. The nasty Razelore will come and steal away all the citizens." Sunspot blinkblinks and smiles at Razelore "Not at all. I just don't liket he thought of Decepticons pestering our citizens. They are here for a reason: To stay OUT of the war." Sunspot looks charming. Sunspot thinks those trainings are paying off.. She's got the fake smile down pat. Razelore says, "Have I been bothering you, Oracle?" You say, "Not at all." Razelore looks over at Sunspot smiling, "Now you could have asked the same question and saved me a lot of grief." Oracle shakes her head. "Everything's fine here." Sunspot nods to Razlore, and Oracel "As you wish." Sunspot goes back to studying her datapad, still around the group. not moving
