June 18th, 2003 ~Dirge(D), Solar(D), Swivel(A), Nosecone(A), Rollcage(A), Thunderstrike(A), Iron Glacier Edging against the industrial complex to the north, this 'glacier' is actually a huge, kilometer tall ridge. A mostly smooth wall of iron and other ores shines brilliantly. A number of small mines and tunnels have been cut into the huge wall, marring its otherwise spartan face. Dirge [Robot] [D] Obvious Exits: -U- Up leads to Sky Above Iron Glacier -N- North leads to Neurex Industrial Complex -S- South leads to Wastelands -A newly repaired Dirge transforms while in the air and carefully lands a short distance away from the tunnel entrance. From subspace, he takes out a small energon cube and carefully imbibes it. -Moonlight is standing just within one of the entrances, still doing her lame impression of a guard. -Dirge wanders up the the small path and towards Moonlight and the tunnel. He nods at Moonlight in a reserved, but friendly greeting. For once, Dirge is civil towards her. He stops nibbling on the energon cube for long enough to say, "Still the guard?" -Moonlight tilts her head to the side. "Something like that..." -Dirge walks up to the tunnel entrance again, and muses while peering through the darkness, "I want my hands on that electrum." He pauses and realizes what his comment might imply, and clears his vocalizers. "Not only for myself," Dirge adds hastily. -Solar speaks from directly in front of Dirge "Don't worry I'll make sure it gets to the right place" -Moonlight winks. "Of course not fl..er...Dirge," says Moonlight, catching herself from saying forbidden things. "You must be hoping that there's enough to go around." She doesn't seem startled at Solar speaking, though she didn't know he was there at the moment. She isn't as heedless as she always appears to be. -Dirge IS startled by Solar's sudden voice. He spins on the spot, looking for the source of the voice. "The frag..." he utters to himself. "Is this a joke?" -Solar drops the cloak showing his form blocking the entrance "Does it look like one?" -Moonlight chuckles slightly. "And this coming from Mr. Awareness himself. Calm down, it's only Solar after all." She winks cheekily at the recently revealed Solar. -Dirge jumps and takes several steps back as Solar emerges almost directly in front of him. He blinks his optics, stunned and mouth agape, but eventually regains his compsure enough to salute his superior. Dirge then turns to Moonlight and says, "I'm blaming our resident medic." -Moonlight arches an optic ridge. "How so?" -Solar doesn't move but does listen. -Dirge replies to Moonlight, looking more morose than usual, "She hinted at not fixing a certain part of my chassis while repairing me." He frowns. "Skydagger is strange and with a Primus complex. Can't we have better medics?" -Far far far far far in the distance a small vehicle who's majority mass is big studded tires slowly rolls towards the iron glacier. Still out of decent earshot, it transforms and Swivel just sees specs of activity in the distance, and tries to find cover. -Moonlight shrugs. "Well, I guess medics are there to be complained about," she says rather contemplatively. -Solar says, "Got a bot on the Horizon mechs. Keep the voices down" -Dirge finishes the rest of his energon, brushes his hands together, then notes to Moonlight, "They don't need to make things worse for themselves." Hearing Solar's warning, he looks to the horizon and can just make out what might be a mech. Dirge squints. "That could be anything." -Solar says, "How many Cons you know of with a car alt?" -Moonlight quiets down a little, but continues talking with Dirge. "What's so strange about Skydagger, other than the fact she's a bit on the chilly side?" -Swivel carefully, trying to keep herself as hard to see as possible as she tries to get just a little closer. Probably not a smart thing as she hasn't realized she's already been spotted. This is not going nearly as well as her last scout mission, and she doesn't even realize it. -Dirge stares at the horizon for a moment long while saying to Solar, "Was that even a car?" However, he does lower his voice considerably as he turns his gaze towards Moonlight. "She thinks she's Primus. She thinks she can act with impunity. She thinks she wields supreme power in the repair bay." He raises an optic ridge. "Don't you think that's enough to be called 'strange'?" -Solar says, "Dirge do a Fly By, don't attack, its probably just another recon trip" -Moonlight grins. "All medics seem to think that way. Why do you think Whiplash hates them so much?" She glances at Solar. "Are you feeling well?" she asks. -Solar says, "I'm fine. Shootin the scout scares off the rest. We want em to come back in bigger numbers" -Dirge mutters, "But none are as bad as Skydagger." He nods at Solar, acknowledging the order, then launches himself into the air and transforms into a tetrajet. -Swivel stops where she is, behind another one of those boulders. She watches as one fo the specs launches into the air. Oh fun... she remains perfectly still, flattening herself against the ground. -Moonlight shrugs. "Whatever you say fly...er...Dirge." She turns to Solar. "Sure, sure." -Dirge maintains a low altitude - low enough to clear the tallest boulders and clearly see the details on the ground. He carefully circles, his radar scanning the immediate area. Dirge begins to hover near Swivel's hiding position, casting an ominous dark shadow on the ground. -Swivel would curse, but she doesn't. She just curses on the inside as that shadow reaches her. Okay... somewhere to hide... somewhere to hide. THink quick... DAMNED SEAFOAM PAINT JOB! Ahem. Relocating to another hide spot would get her revealed anyway, so Swivel remains perfectly still. -Solar keeps a scan of the area going. He doesn't want the electrum stolen. -Moonlight leans back against the wall of the tunnel and crosses her arms. "So, what have you been up to lately Solar?" she asks. -Solar says, "Interviewing Unafilliates." -Moonlight nods. "Anything promising yet?" -Solar says, "Not yet." -Blip. The radar confirms what Dirge can see - a seafoam Autobot femme called Swivel. Dirge drifts over the boulder for a moment longer, then transforms and lands on the ground, this time making sure he would, indeed, land on the ground and not onto Swivel's back. "You again," he says in a deadpan voice to the femme. -Moonlight grins. "Don't lose hope...they can't /all/ be useless." She flicks her glance over towards where Dirge has found Swivel. Poor kid. She should have left the planet ages ago. -Solar says, "The ones that aren't don't want to cooperate" -Swivel flips over, so her aft is now ont he ground and looks up. "You don't sound surprised. Well, I guess that's because I -am- a scout." she tilts her head, trying to anticipate if she'll get shot and thruoughly beaten or just kinda... kindly scared off with a weak fzzk of a laser... -Moonlight gives a mischievious grin. "Maybe I should try talking to some..." -Solar says, "Start with Phalanx." -Moonlight chuckles. "I'll do that." -Dirge is about to reach over and grab Swivel when a radio message filters through to his audio receptors expressing the negative. He withdraws his arm and crosses both over his chest. Dirge smirks at Swivel. "Why can't you leave things alone? Didn't Thunderstrike's sorry carcass not teach you anything?" -Swivel stands up calmly. "Oh it sure taught me something, don't be an egotistical rambunctious aft and provoke every Decepticon and even Autobot I see... but I'm sure that's NOT that lesson you're aiming at, are you?" Swivel SMILES. -Solar mutters to Moonlight: "She ain't the ... star ... the ... ... she?" ((She ain't the brightest star is the sky is she?)) -Moonlight leans towards Solar a bit, "... not ... she's a ... ... than some. ... more common ... than ... ... ... ... good ... for ... ... never ... to her." ((Maybe not, but she's a lot brighter than some. Has more common sense than most Bots, so it's a good thing for us they never listen to her.)) -Dirge responds to Swivel's SMILE with a plainly UNsmiling and UNimpressed expression. He gazes at her for a moment, then says, "How about, leave this area because it is Decepticon territory?" -Swivel claps her hands. "Well, that sounds like a nice comprimise. I'm not about to say no, start a fight where the odds are against me from the start, and end up a charred chassis like a certain friend of mine. Toodles!" Swivel begins backing away. -Solar mutters to Moonlight: "Yeah ... she's ... great ... Ya know ... old Bot ... about the size ... ... ... headlights being the ... of ... ... net" ((Yeah but she's got great headlights. Ya know the old Bot idiom about the size of a femmes headlights being the opposite of the neural net.)) -Moonlight gives Solar an evil look and shakes her head. -Dirge steps closer to Swivel, not allowing her to back away, and his solemn face slowly breaks into an unpleasant smile. "Then again..." Dirge tilts his head in consideration, and strokes his chin. "Why don't you come and join the rest of us at the tunnel entrance?" His optics narrow. "Don't want to have to keep discovering you behind boulders." -Swivel shakes her head. "There is flaw to your logic, Dirge. Because if I go missing, then there will be more and more Autobots coming here wondering what hapepned to that, perhaps annoying and lazy, but scout nonetheless who has ben sent here on several accounts. If what you don't want is a platoon of Autobots or search and rescue teams, then I advise we stay with the first suggestion, and letting me go." her voice is calm and firm, not the flitty 'uh-oh' voice she was using earlier. -Solar sighs. -Dirge feigns innocence, and raises both arms, palms facing outward, in a gesture of appeasement. "I didn't say we were going to do anything with you," he replies. "I thought you wouldn't mind a tour of the tunnel entrance." Dirge shrugs. "Sensitive Autobot." -Swivel raises her optics and frowns, pushing her mouth to one side, giving a look of 'humm... that sounds sarcastic to me...' she looks up at Dirge. "Oh sure, and then we'll all go hit the wild surge and drink fine brandy." she's says, continuing the fein with a hint of sarcasm. -Moonlight shrugs as Solar cloaks himself again and strides out of the tunnel to stand a little ways behind Dirge. -Dirge jerks a thumb towards the tunnel entrance. "It's a tunnel entrance. Nothing fancy." He smirks at the 'Wild Surge' comment. "That might happen again, since I can't engage combat in neutral areas." Dirge hears some footsteps and quickly turns around, noting Moonlight, and says to his fellow Con, "Shouldn't we be hospitable to our new guest?" -Swivel just looks around. What is she getting herself into. She then just looks up intently, as if staring at somehting, squinting her optics, but makes no remark. -Moonlight nods. "Oh, definately," she says, her face straight, her tone unreadable. -Dirge takes another step towards Swivel. "Are you taking our offer?" he asks in a cordial tone. Underneath the cordality, however, is a touch of menace. Dirge gazes straight into Swivel's optics. -Swivel shakes her head, no, still staring up at the sky. "Uh, no, I'll pass. It's past my bedtime and I'd better go home. I have no time to play spelunking today." she turns her head, still staring up and begins to walk in a direction and bumps into Dirge, then quickly hops back blinking, not looking at the sky anymore. "Huh?" shefrowns and begins to back away again. -Dirge stands there, unmoving, and watches as Swivel bumps into him. He has an expression of disapproval on his face. Dirge unfolds one arm from his chest and wags a finger once, from side to side. No no. -Moonlight chuckles. "Get your head out of the clouds Swivel." -Swivel makes a thin line out of her mouth, continuing to back away. "I coulda sworn I saw.." she looks up again briefly, continueing to edge towards the quickest retreat. -Dirge wags his finger again, his mouth also a thin line. He gazes at Swivel's leg, then at the boulder, and the thin line is replaced with that ever-pervasive unpleasant smile. "Swivel," he says to the femme, his voice "cordial" again. "Don't make me tie you to the boulder." -Swivel shakes her head. "That wouldn't be very civil, Dirge. Tying a pooooooor defenseless femme to a boulder..." continues backing away. "Kind of distrubing really." -Moonlight arches an optic ridge. "I didn't think you were into that stuff Dirge." -Dirge glances at Moonlight, still with that unpleasant smile on his face. "It's all about control," he tells her, then turns his attention back to Swivel. "I don't want you to always go into the hassle of returning to these boulders. Why don't you just stay tethered to one?" From subspace, he takes out some energ-wire and shows it to Swivel. It glows a sharp blue in his hands. "Doesn't that look appealing to you?" The smile widens. "It looks appealing to me." -Moonlight doesn't say a thing. If Dirge needs help, she there to back him up, but she's not getting into /this/ conversation. -Swivel shakes her head, beginning to back up faster but not carelessly. "Hey, who ever said /I/ would return here? I didn't. I was just trying to finish what I started the other night before certain... distractions showed up is all. Besides, what would you do once I was tied up?" -Moonlight chuckles. "Do you /really/ want an answer to that?" -Nosecone trundles across the landscape, heading for Swivel's location. He's not really going that fast, but it would take somthing serious to stop the Technobot. A gestalt perhaps. -The more Swivel backs up, the more Dirge steps towards her. He stretches the energ-wire in his hands, a broad, wicked smile on his face, made all the more chilling by the sharp blue glow the wire is giving off. "Second time in the space of a few days," he says to Swivel. "Tsk tsk. Makes me suspect you'll make periodic visits." Dirge pulls the wire hard between his hands, allowing it to whip through the air. "What would I do to you?" he echoes. "You'll find out soon enough." -Swivel shakes her head. "Ummm... no I won't! LOOK OVER THERE! A THREE HEADED TURBOMONKEY!" she points and exclaims in some random direction. -Nosecone can probably be heard for some distance as he crushes debris undertread, and he's certainly making no attempt to be stealthy. Quite the opposite in fact. Because after all, who wouldn't run away once they found out the mean OR totally awesome Nosecone was on his way. Well, actually, he's just hoping the 'Cons will take off without a fight. Some chance. -In the distance to the north a rather large... crystal city style police cruiser blasts over a ridge, hover engines whining and glowing brightly in the dim light of cybertronian day and night, siren blaring to try and draw attention as he flicks on his own lights, side panels opening as do the one on the roof, weaponry unfolding from within. As he nears Nosecone, one door opening "Transform and get in!" emitting from the cruiser. -Moonlight wouldn't run away, but isn't likely to fight either. She was quite content to just sit and watch the intereaction between Swivel and Dirge, but now there are other elements...the whole siren and lights show certainly was a distraction. -Dirge, however, is barely paying attention to the latest arrivals, and even less to Swivel's comment about a turbo monkey. He snaps the wire between his hands once more. "Now, why don't you be a nice little femme, stop moving and be quiet while I tie you up." He begins to circle Swivel, his optics narrowing. -Nosecone didn't think of that. "Good idea" he transmits to Rollcage, transforming quickly and jumping for the open side panel gracelessly. Damnit jim, he's a driller, not an acrobat. -Rollcage swirves hard to catch Nosecone, door slamming shut again. A control panel rises up to meet Nose once he is sitting up "Those control the flak blasters on my sides... feel free to fire at will, they're long range support weapons" and then a rather interesting setup occurs, the autobot's back panel opening as he fires his "nos" thundering forward, aiming to slam into Dirge. -Moonlight turns to Dirge. "Looks like company. Have a plan?" -Swivel frowns, seeing help on the way. "No seriosuly Dirge! Look behind you! LOOK LOOK LOOK LOOK! Okay, so it's not a three headed Turbomonkey" she cringes seeing him get closer with the wire and circle her. "You leave me no choice!" quickly Swivel begins to unfold into a vehicle. -Dirge blinks with surprise at Moonlight's voice, then at Swivel's sudden transformation. He quickly starts backing away, the wire still in his hands. As he backs away, he also hears the sounds of a rapidly approaching vehicle and quickly glances in the direction of the new arrivals, then back towards Swivel. "Moonlight," he says, his voice filled with surprise, "What's happening?" -ROAR! Of engines that is. The Blue Bandit hath arrived, bravado in full effect. Thunderstrike attempts to light Dirge up like the Rockefeller center X-mas tree. "Hands off her...aftplate." The cowboy just rode in. -Moonlight wishes Dirge would calm down. "You can see /just/ as well as I can Dirge." She looks around. "It seems as though we're in for it now." Of course, that statement becomes redundant the moment Thunderstrike shows up and shoots at him. Oh well. Looks like the cycle's about to get messy. -Screeech. Screech. Screeech. Yeah engines and tires working in harmony, waiting for the break to go velocty friggin' 54 (big whoop) right on passed Dirge and out of trouble. -A red flash emits from the side guns of Rollcage as he nears the scene, targeting Dirge... that being able to understand as two rather nasty laser pointed Xs appear on his chest, shot lining up before the cruiser begins to let loose, firing flak at the decepticon. -Moonlight frowns at Dirge. "I guess you're the popular one today." Dirge will probably be pretty grumpy if he gets stuck in medbay...again. To the Bots she proclaims, "Hey, there's two of us here you know." -Thunderstrike lands and swings his whip at the wily Con femme, attempting to tie her up. "Be seated." Yes, he is that full of himself. -Nosecone opens Rollcage's side panel and leans out, rifle in hand. "Might be best if ya just back it up and make a break for it, Moonlight." he calls out, firing what may or may not be a warning shot. -Dirge grimaces noticeably as Thunderstrike appears...again. "Thundermoron," he snarls as he quickly steps away from the laser attack. As he steps away, he allows Swivel the space to zoom away. Dirge watches Swivel drive away with morose optics, then glares at Thunderstrike. "Why do you always have to ruin things?" He feels a sharp sting on his back, winces, and faces the other new arrivals. "What do you want?" he snaps. "This isn't a social party." -Moonlight calmly dodges Thunderstrike's lash with his whip and turns her optics to Nosecone. "Sorry, I can't do that. You should know better..." -Sure enough, Swivel is zooming off to where she is safe. And once she is safe, there is no reason for the other mechs to hang around. In her reasoning. so yeah. ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! -Thunderstrike walks over to Dirge, calmy gesturing with his hand. "That's no way to treat an old friend!" He throws a left hook to the faceplate. "Wait...We aren't friends!" -Rollcage buzzes up quickly, trying to give a clear shot for Nosecone, still heading strait towards the decepticon "Commander, please remove yourself, otherwise transformation will be difficult..." -Nosecone leaps from the cybertronian police car, his heels digging huge gougues into the ground as he skids to a stop. "You're outnumbered an outgunned" he remarks to Moonlight, raising his rifle with a small trace of regret. "I did warn ya.." -Dirge ducks and parries the blow with an arm. "Are you so stupid that you can't learn ANYTHING?" His turn to make a fist. "Do me a favour, and DIE." Dirge launches the fist into Thunderstrike's face. -Rollcage charges up to full throttle the moment Nosecone is out and fires his trusters enough to be airborn, transforming mid flight and attempts to bodytackle Dirge, growling out curses that have been edited out for viewer discression. -Thunderstrike ducks the fist, and remarks "Too slow. Care to try again?" For anyone whoseever seen a high school wrestling contest, Thunderstrike's next action will look familiar. He shoots a double leg takedown, attempting to yank Dirge's legs out from under him and pin him down. "Eat dirt." -OW! Moonlight winces. "Well, if that's the way it goes, then that's the way it goes," she says, pulling out her gun and firing at Nosecone. She really doesn't want to, but ignoring that attack would be more trouble than sparing Nosecone is worth...which is saying something in Moonlight's optics. -Dirge frowns as he misses, then whips the wire between his hands yet again. "Maybe you would like to be tied up," he says with a twisted smile on his face. Focused on Thunderstrike, Dirge fails to see Rollcage heading his way and is driven into the ground, upper-body first. The energ-wire spills from his hands. Dirge coughs out a mouthful of dirt, looking disgusted. He quickly springs to his feet again and just manages to avoid Thunderstrike's attack. Dirge takes a few steps away from the two mechs, glancing at both Rollcage and Thunderstrike. "Two on one? How dishonourable." -Nosecone flinches, Moonlight's laser burning a small hole in one tread-covered arm. But it's going to take more than a laser to stop him. "I'm serious Moonlight" he says. "Ya stick around, you an Mr. Happy Face here are gonna be in a world of hurt." Having said that, he lunges forward, driving his elbow towards Moonlight's midsection. -Rollcage grins, almost too much like he were enjoying himself "In war there is no honor... such ideals are an illusion..." looming forward, battlemask locking into place over his mouth and nose, optics glowing red "Retreat now... or you will be taken offline. Compliance is suggested" choosing his energy blade of all weapons, showing his confidance. -Moonlight shakes her head, rubbing the part of her midsection that got elbowed. "And think how much hurt I'll be in if I just run away like a coward...it's an ugly situation, but I'll just have to make the best of it." With that she returns Nosecone's blow with one of her own as she strikes out with her left foot. -Thunderstrike turns to Rollcage. "Sir, could I handle this? It's a long standing rivalry." He throws his foot out in the air, attempting to strike Dirge upside the head. "You know nothing of honor Dirge. Don't pretend to." -Rollcage shakes his head "Negative... Thunderstrike.. there is no time for petty grudges..." watching TS move, just holding his ground for the moment, waiting to see the outcome. -Dirge smirks at Rollcage, then replies, "I thought it was the Autobots who are 'honourable'." His optics narrows as he hisses, "Hypocrites. The lot of you." He quickly ducks as Thunderstrike launches towards him, letting Thunderstrike jump over his shoulder. To Thunderstrike, Dirge says, "You know nothing, period," then attempts to reach out towards his nemesis, intending to hurl him into the nearest boulder. -Nosecone staggers backwards as Moonlight connects, more suprised than anything - though the servo-activator on his left knee makes a little noise of protest. "Don't make me do this, Moonlight" he warns, once more raising his rifle and moving foward, bringing the rifle butt down towards the femme's head as he does so. Dirge says, "Anyone out there?" Skydagger says, "Skydagger here. Dirge, why are you not resting?" Dirge says, "[surly voice]Attempting to protect the Empire's electrum. There are intruders at the Iron Glacier. Assistance required." Skydagger says, "Medical assistance?" Dirge says, "Preferably LASER assistance." -Thunderstrike smacks a rock, grunting. He pulls his whip out again, and attempts to lasso himself a con. "Don't be too condescending. I'll keep you on a short leash." Cue arrogant chuckle. Skydagger says, "*sigh* On the way" -Rollcage mmmms and grins at Dirge "I never said I was an autobot... I only work for them?" throwing his dagger as Thunderstrike cracks his whip, aiming for the leg now, not moving otherwise. -Moonlight dislikes pain enough to pick up some degree of competence in dodging things. Despite the fact she's rather fond of Nosecone in her own way, she would rather fight him than someone who would jump on her prone body once it's done and over with. "/I'm/ not making you do anything Nosecone, you're doing it on your own. Just remember, you started this, not I." She turns over to look at Thunderstrike and Dirge. "Do you two /ever/ shut up? I know you don't like each other, but would you quit with all the inane superiority chatter?" -Skydagger arrives a while later, transforming as she lands near the Decepticons but a bit behind. "Sitrep!" -Swivel is all perched somewhere watching hte battle, but far enough to escape further if she needed to, which most liekly wouldn't happen. -"Oh yeah?" Nosecone replies, turning clumsily, his failed attack leaving the driller off balance. "Weren't you the one standin around watchin while Dirge was tryin ta tie Swivel up an do Primus knows what to her?" He pauses to regain his equilibrium. "Ya know, they'd shut off if you two left.." he erks as Skydagger makes her presence known. "Make that three. Slag it." -Dirge is not fast enough to avoid either attacks, and grunts as first the whip, then the blade sting his chassis. He leaps back some more and glares at both while two narrow lines on his torso slowly glows blue with mech-fluid. Dirge firstly addresses Rollcage. "A mercenary? How despicable." Then irrately to Moonlight, "My talk is of no concern to you." Finally, Dirge calls out to Skydagger, noticing her appearance in the area, "Don't just stand there...shoot someone!" -Skydagger snaps back at Dirge. "I'm not a fragging warrior! Who is the ranking officer here?" She's rather snappy at the moment... -Thunderstrike uses the whip to pull his foe in and swings a hellacious right uppercut to Dirge's 'glass jaw'. "Stop your moaning...and die!" -Moonlight shakes her head at Nosecone. "Aw, he probably wasn't going to do too much to her. Besides, I /am/ on his side after all, not Swivel's." Whistles innocently when she hears Skydagger's question. She's /still/ trying to figure out why she has the rank she does. -Rollcage shakes his head "Not a mercenery... I am repaying a debt for saving my life." walking forward slowly, hand raising, pistol in hand, lining up a shot, taking a potshot... like a jerk. -Nosecone lashes out with one foot while Moonlight is distracted by her innocent whistling. "Yeah, I've noticed" he mutters. -Moonlight wasn't /that/ distracted apparently as she moves out of the way. "I want to get hit less than you want to hit me Nosecone, trust me. But I can't really just stand here and let you beat on me you know. That would be silly." She sighs. "And don't be that way about it. It's nothing personal after all." Reluctantly she steps back and fires at Nosecone again...really quite annoyed at his persistance, yet she expects nothing less. -Dirge tries to avoid Thunderstrike's attack but is unsuccessful, and is lifted off his feet by the uppercut. He then grimaces agan as a laser bites into his upper leg, then limps back to his feet. "Pathetic. Both of you." To Thunderstrike, he snarls, "You can only defeat me with assistance. And you call yourself a warrior?" Dirge scoffs derisively, then suddenly leaps into the air and transforms. He begins to leave the area, but not before sending a stream of purple energy toward Rollcage. Dirge says, "I'm retreating, too damaged to continue." Lieutenant Moonlight says, "Be careful then Dirge..." Dirge says, "I suggest you both do the same. The Autobots are nothing but underhanded scum." -Skydagger growls irately. "You!" She says to Moonlight. "Who is the ranking officer here?" Then she just says, slaggit all. She turns around and takes a few steps back, but hears Dirge's radio message and runs over to him to do some quick repairs, all business like now. Lieutenant Moonlight says, "I don't know...they seemed rather obvious to me." -Rollcage grunts, shoulder shifting slightly, rather thick armor deflecting a very good amount of Dirge's blast and he bgins to draw a bead again, aiming for one of Dirge's engines, glaring down the barrel. "Ignore the decepticon, Thunderstrike... they are notoriously stupid... and will use pathetic insults when they feel inadequete... -Skydagger looks around, shakes her head, transforms and leaves. -Okay, ow. That hurt a little bit more. A trickle of energon runs out from a scorched crack in Nosecone's chestplate. "Gave you the option of retreatin" he replies to Moonlight, shunting his rifle back into subspace as he swings both hands around in an axe-handle of Technobot DOOM. "You can still take it. Dirge is." -Thunderstrike soars into the air...looping around, scanning the area for possible Con reinforcements. -Dirge spins away just in time to miss Rollcage's attack, then continues to climb his upwards and in a southerly direction. Dirge knows he is quite open to attack and is anxious to leave the area. -Moonlight glares over at Rollcage. "I am not!" She turns away from him to look at the source of her most recent pain...an axe wielded by Nosecone. That HURT and she cries out a bit in pain, not being too proud to do so. But until the medic and Dirge are safely away, she doesn't want to run off as well... Dirge says, "Great help, Skydagger." -Thunderstrike tails Dirge making sure he is indeed retreating...mocking merrily. "KILL YA LATER!" He loops around, not taking a potential kill shot, cuz he's a good guy. Damn morals! Skydagger says, "Dirge, shut the frag up. I told you to rest. Don't bother going to medbay for a few days." -Nosecone sighs. "Well? Ya gonna take my advice, Moonlight? I /really/ don't want ta have ta continue with this. Beleive me. But if I hafta, I will." Dirge says, "So much for your "warrior" skills." -Rollcage watches Dirge go and grimaces to himself, holstering his weapon and then looks to the sky, watching TS, ready to send orders if need be. Skydagger says, "Who the frag ever said I'm a warrior??" -Moonlight grins at Nosecone despite her apparent pain. "Well, I'm all alone now and I'm pretty beat up. Your offer is looking /pretty/ good right about now. But still, I do sorta have to make sure that my pals get away before I run off as well. Loyalty is a virtue and all that. In consession, however, I'll put my toys away." She slides her blaster into it's snazzy little thigh holster. Skydagger says, "But it is quite obvious you have no need for my skills. So, you can find someone else to repair you, I'm not wasting my efforts on you." Dirge says, "Save your Primus complex for elsewhere. You are medic. You will repair all patients." Lieutenant Moonlight speaks as though she wasn't still in a dangerous combat situation. "If I recall, you specifically said you /weren't/ Skydagger. And why don't you just calm down and get some rest Dirge?" -"They're gone, Moonlight" Nosecone replies. "Best if you get goin too." He pauses, then continues. "An it's best if you an yours don't come back ta the Glacier. I know you ain't gonna listen, but I hafta warn ya. We're gonna be all over this place like empties on energon." Skydagger says, "I will repair anyone, yes. Except those who go out of their way to give me more work, then insult me and disregard my orders!" Lieutenant Moonlight says, "I hope I'm not included in that...I'm pretty beat up myself." Skydagger says, "Negative, Moonlight. Get to medbay and you will be repaired." -Thunderstrike roars over the femmes head at low altitude, high speed. He gives her a good old Sonic Boom just to scare the bejezus outta her, and anyone else who maybe on the ground. HOT. DOG. -Moonlight frowns sadly. "Well, if that stuff truly is that powerful, then we can't really ignore you and let you take all you want. We would kind of like to survive. At least I know that I want to. I'd be pretty sad if I didn't exist anymore." She looks up at Thunderstrike as he zooms around overhead, then looks back at Nosecone. Lieutenant Moonlight says, "I'll be there shortly...I hope." -Nosecone's rifle flickers into existance. "Ain't gonna tell you again" he says resolutely, a small flicker in his optics the only sign of how much he dislikes the whole situation. Skydagger says, "Do you need assistance in withdrawing? I could provide a forcefield if you need it" Lieutenant Moonlight says, "Naw, Nosecone is a push over and is letting me go. I'm on my way back." -Moonlight nods, but still looks rather sad...and pathetic the way she's holding herself where it hurts. "You're a generous mech Nosecone." And with that she turns away from Nosecone...hoping that she knows him as well as she thinks as she puts her back to him. What a trusting gesture. -Rollcage turns to leave now, walking slow, looking to Swivel along the way, then pauses to look back to Nosecone. -Thunderstrike circles, undecided as to which direction to head, as his two superiors discuss where to go. -Nosecone watches Moonlight leave with an unreadable expression, then turns and nods to Rollcage. "You want to stick around, that's fine by me" he mutters to Rollcage. "The others too, if they want. Least that way we got compentant people on site." Dirge says, "[snaps over the broadband] Blame the faction for not having enough troops to protect the electrum." -Moonlight disappears into the distance, a sad, contemplative, wounded figure.
