January 19th, 2003 ~Onslaught(D), Kimakaze(D), Blitzwing(D), Slipstream(D), Enfilade(D) MoonGate (#566en) Colorful could be a word to describe this barracks room. The walls are covered of many pictures of many different planets (none are on Cybertron)...most of them in bars and containing the same mech over and over. The room is littered with odds and ends and couldn't truly be called neat, though there appears to be some sort of purpose to all the clutter. There's a recharge bed, but unless it's being used, it is also most likely covered in junk. There are probably many little well-hidden hidey holes in this room, but anyone interested in them would have to both wade through the junk and possess a keen set of optics. It has temporarily been straighted up due to a punishment given to Moonlight and Turmoil by Onslaught. -You transmit 'Onslaught sir?' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'Yes?'. -You transmit 'Sorry about leaving that little 'lesson' of yours prematurely.' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'Nothing to be sorry about. What seems to be bothering you?'. -You transmit 'Well, what do you think is bothering me? Besides the fact I don't want you to think I was just skipping out for kicks. I got a message from my brewery that I had to deal with rather quickly.' to Onslaught. -You transmit 'Perhaps there is no need for you to hear it, but I feel the need to say it, if you can respect that. *she pauses* Did I miss anything important? *clearly she's trying to remain calm, but there's an edge of anxiety to her voice*' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: '*sighs* No, you didn't miss anything of importance.'. -You transmit 'Well, that's a relief. *her tone is dry* Might I ask a favor then, since it obviously hasn't upset you that I wasn't present for the entire presentation?' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'Go on.'. -You transmit 'Well, I would like to know if it's permissable for me to visit Blitzwing.' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'Can't wait until he's released in an hour or two, huh?'. -You transmit 'Actually, I'd like to talk to him /before/ he goes berserk on whoever lets him out.' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'In that case, I'll be present during your visit.'. -You transmit '*she considers this for a moment* May I ask why?' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'Would you rather I ask you specifically what you'll be talking to him about? Is this some sort of private conversation you wanted with Blitzwing? If so, it can probably wait until after he's let out. Otherwise, I'll be accompanying you.'. -You transmit 'And, since I wasn't there for your lesson, I'd also like to know what exactly he did to get put there?' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'You mean besides the rampant insubordination?'. -You transmit 'I'm a bit sticky on the rules myself...what is the line between having or voicing an opinion and being insubordiant.' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'You know what? Let's just say, that if I didn't brig him, Enfilade was going to.'. -You transmit 'Well, maybe if I knew which of the things he did got him into this predicament, I would better know what /not/ to do myself.' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'There's a long list really. Thing is, command has been too lax as of late, and I'm merely putting my foot down.'. -You transmit 'Hmmmmmmm. Well, I still want to see him, so should I meet you there?' to Onslaught. -Onslaught transmits: 'Acknowledged.'. Darkmount - Interrogation Room You step into the interrogation room and immediately note how dark it is. There is no visible source of light normally unless you or the guard in the observation room has activated the luminous cells. Once your optics adjust to the low light level, you can see that the room is basically a black sphere and you'll need to hover unless you want to wind up at the bottom of the sphere after you step off the door platform. In the center of the sphere is a harness attached to an antigravity generator. Those who have the misfortune of being secured here are suspended in the harness, immobilized and left in the dark, completely deprived of all sensory inputs. There is nothing to be seen, nothing to be heard, and nothing to be felt once the room is sealed. And, eventually, even the strongest spirit will succumb to madness and delusion if left here long enough. Speak now or forever remain in this place of eternal silence. Onslaught [Robot] [D] Kimakaze [Robot] [D] Obvious Exits: -C- Cell leads to Darkmount - Holding Cell -E- East leads to Darkmount - Security Level -Having returned from earlier, the dark femme from Intel is stalking the cells. -Moonlight walks into the room, her usually relaxed walk is a bit stiffer than usual, and not because of the fight she had a few cycles ago. She spots Onslaught and nods to him. -Onslaught is standing near the entrance to the holding cells, watching the security level door for Moonlight's arrival, and upon her entrance states matter of factly, "By the way...you may want to watch what you say. Should you dig himself in any deeper through threats or other anger related outbursts, it'll only work against him." -Moonlight blinks her optics at Onslaught. "I don't suppose the phrase 'good intentions' means much to you, does it?" -Onslaught shrugs as he makes his way into the holding cell area. -Moonlight moves to follow, trying to keep calm. Darkmount - Holding Cell This holding cell is spartan at best. With a narrow resting platform attached to one wall, all it offers is a reminder that one is a prisoner. The walls are remarkably clean as is the floor, but faint scratches can be seen gleaming all around as if someone was marking time. The doorway is shielded from the outside with a glimmering forcefield. Nothing els is present as this is where the prisoners wait, not get interrogated, a dreary room at best. At worst, a tomb. Kimakaze [Robot] [D] Onslaught [Robot] [D] Blitzwing [Robot] [D] Etching in the Wall Obvious Exits: -O- Out leads to Darkmount - Interrogation Room -Kimakaze leans casually back against the walls near Blitzwing's cell, dusting off one of her claws idelly. "If he wantss to know who has hiss weapons, *I* do." -Onslaught makes his way into the cell, having heard Kimakaze's comment and noting it mentally. -Blitzwing is starring down at the floor. -Moonlight walks into the area right before Blitzwing's cell, having gotten permission from Onslaught...very limited permission. She shakes her head slightly and then forces herself to grin. "Hey fella," she greets, keeping her tone cheerful. She's very good at making her voice do what she wants it to. -Onslaught stands off to the back and right of Moonlight, watching the event unfold before his optics very closely. -Kimakaze remains standing in the darkness, near the doorway though, her arms folded, leant against the wall again. -Blitzwing walks to the door, and looks to Moonlight. "Can I get my mail fowarded to here?" He grins before sneering at Onslaught. "Hello, sir." -Moonlight likes this audience less than the one in the arena...but she doesnt' let that show on the outside. "You're still not listening to me, are you Blitzwing? Do I have to attend to you 24/7 to even /try/ to keep you out of trouble?" She's still grinning, but her tone is sympathetic. -Onslaught is silent, and merely continues to watch, feeling Kimakaze's presence behind him, but doing nothing to acknowledge it - yet. -Blitzwing frowns. "I was just voicing my disagreement with /his/ decision. Am I supposed to pretend I like it?" -Moonlight shakes her head. "Just because you don't like something doesn't mean you should get into trouble for it. Your temper gets you in so much trouble, and your pride gets you in the rest." She sounds sad. "I used to be so worry-free before...but the rate you get into trouble is causing my nerves to be a bit more unstable." -Blitzwing shakes his head. "I merely voiced my displeasure. I guess its not my place to oppose something I view as wrong? Well what is it my place to do?" -Moonlight grins for real despite herself. "That all depends on who you ask," she says with a chuckle and a wink. -Kimakaze thinks something to herself...but doesn't say it. -Blitzwing looks to her with a grin...reaching out to touch the side of her face, instead getting the forcefield. Being stupid hurts. "Yarrrgggh." He clutches his hand, and glares at Onslaught. "Your enjoying this arent you?" He looks around, noticing somethings missing. "Where's My weapons?" -Moonlight winces and shakes her head. "Blitzwing, try to remember there's a forcefield between us...you'll get hurt less that way and I'll have to watch you get hurt less that way. I'm sure there's enough 'Bots out there that will do the job for you without doing it yourself." -Kimakaze smiles under her facevisor, and awaits whatever will happen next. She disarmed Blitzwing because Onslaught was not following the correct Darkmount protocol, and has absolutely nothing against the mech in the brig, but she is however, an utter professional. -Blitzwing locks his optics on Onslaught...oddly calm. "Anser me dammit. Your enjoying this arent you?" He looks back to Moonlight with absolute sincerity. "Pain my dear is temporary. (he gestures to his surroundings) I'd rather be dead then in here." This he says with pure truth. -Moonlight has never really been a 'professional' anything. She's an emotionally driven femme who often feels before she thinks. She clenches her fists. "Damnit Blitzwing, don't say that!" -Onslaught shakes his head as he watches Blitzwing, responding in a cold, calm manner, "Blitzwing, I don't enjoy this at all. There's been very little in my life as of late I've enjoyed..." -Kimakaze finally speaks up, with a soft hissing tone, as usual. "Blitzwing, issn't it? You need to realise what Onslaught is trying to teach you right now. Hiss aim is to get you to buckle under and to work hard as the Decepticon warrior that you truely *are*, and *not* to faff CoC around with witty remarks and rudeness. Telling an officer to shove something up hiss aft is not acceptable. I suggest that you reallign your thought perameterss to never speak that way ever again." Kimakaze adds darkly "And if you want your weaponss back, I suggest that you treat *me* with more respect than you have shown Onslaught." -Moonlight glances at Kimakaze. "Well, they say that honesty is a virtue......at least Blitzwing is being honest, if not tactful or polite." -Kimakaze awaits his answer. -Blitzwing just stares at the mech he so often trusted with his life...feeling nothing. "You...got your wish. Thats it. Your /always/ right. You know far better then a stupid grunt like me anyway." He looks to Moonlight with clearly emotionally drained optics. "I. I'm serious. I'd rather be dead then in here. Take me to the smelting pits or something." He stops ranting when Kim speaks up. "With all do respect, I didnt catch your name Ma'am. I'm not of the habbit to disrespect a lady. But the fact of the fraggin matter is...the only time anyone from CoC acknowledges my existance, is when they need something blown up. You want your warriors to fight with pride and conviction, you build a raport with them, you treat them with respect! You don't act like you could step on them with your boot." He then turns back to Onslaught. "You've /won/. Enjoy your victory, I conceed. You're the better mech." That last part physically pains him to say. -Onslaught half growls his response, having had enough slag to last him quite a while, what with everything else going on with him that frankly, nobody knows about and frankly that he'd like to keep that way, "Listen carefully Blitzwing, because I'm not in the habit of repeating myself. Keep the attitude up, stay in there longer. I don't care. You OBVIOUSLY don't get the purpose behind this all. You don't UNDERSTAND what you've done. I can't help you any more. I can't even help myself...so quite frankly, I think I'm done here. Commander Enfilade will be deciding if you're fit to serve in her plan this evening. Otherwise, she'll be the one determining your fate. I've personally had enough...I don't need to deal with this ... slag, and to deal with a number of other things you couldn't possibly comprehend. That's all, I'm out." and with that, Onslaught quickly turns around and heads for the exit to the room." -Kimakaze chuckles, hearing that. "Blitzwing, we *do* respect you. But surely you understand that comments that are seen to be rude in front of other Decepticons especially, and showing insubordination cannot be simply brushed aside? Think of how easily the Botss would walk right through here if we were all just doing whatever the heck we wanted to. I am Kimakaze, Internal Security Officer and acting head of Intel in the absence of Commander Razelore. I've spent my fair time down in thiss place on both sidess of the fence, all i can say to you is buckle under, do well and you will GET the respect that you deserve. Commanderss who do not give what iss fair and due do not last very long." Kimakaze says that last bit rather darkly. -Moonlight raises a sympathetic hand, then remembers about that Primus Blasted forcefield. What ever happend to the crappy cells she got thrown into as a youth that had metals bars and stuff? She shakes her head. Then she turns to Onslaught upon hearing his words and watches him leave. He didn't say she had to leave as well, so she stays. She glances back to Kimakaze. "Well, maybe, if everyone fought because they believed and trusted in their team-mates we would have a stronger force. I never found fear to be a very kind master, and that is what rules around here. Unity comes from commradeship and a desire to do your best for your allies." She shakes her head. "That's what's wrong with this place..." -Blitzwing Screams, loudly. Now honnery. "What the Frag do you what from me Onslaught? You want me to bow to you? I BOW TO NO ONE! You want me to fight with every iota of my being...that I do without question. I do whatever this empire asks without question. But he put /her/ (pointing to Moonlight) in danger. I asked why. Was that not my place? Is the self rightous fragger above explaing himself to his warriors?" He doesn't care if the Mech's gone. -Kimakaze chuckles darkly behind her faceplate. "Never judge a book by it'ss cover, my dear. Do stay, I think I can make it worth both your whiless." She peers outside the cell. -Moonlight sits down and leans her back against a wall where she can still face Blitzwing. "Well, if no one else here respect you Blitz, I do." She sighs. "I really do admire the fact that you want to stand up for what you believe in. I'm just sorry it gets you into so much trouble." -Kimakaze shhs Blitzwing. "Let him go, Mech. You are right, command should have to answer to someone, and there is an official way to complain about one commander, to the rest. There are wayss to do these things Blitzwing - wayss you must *learn*. Insults are not one of those methods, they will only get you thrown in here." -Moonlight blinks. "Don't judge a book by it's cover? I would /love/ to judge the 'book' by more...but all I /have/ is the cover. I have nothing else to judge." -Kimakaze raises her face visor, and stares at Moonlight for a few moments. "Then I will give you a little more to judge your CoC by." She turns to the datapad that controls the force field between them and Blitzwing, and begins tapping it. Suddenly, the field drops away. "You may enter Moonlight and I will close thiss behind you. Blitzwing, do not *think* of trying to get past me; you'll die before you get to the end of the hall." -Moonlight shrugs and doesn't really trust the femme...but she puts her friends before herself and calmly walks into the cell. -Blitzwing nods to Kim. "Thank you. I take it getting my toys back would be pushing my luck?" He then hugs Moonlight. -Moonlight gives Kim a rather direct look. "Why are you doing this?" -Kimakaze meets her optics dead on and smiles crookedly. "Because I *can* and because once, and not all that long ago...*I* wass in the exact same spot. Call it a chance to make a difference; because the Empire need soldierss like Blitzwing. And we need them to trust and to serve and to come home happy and content and fueled up to the full. That dream can only become a reality if CoC are firm..but fair." -Moonlight considers the statement for a moment. "Well, I'll take you at your word for it." She returns Blitzwing's hug. "At least you're not alone now. That help any?" -Blitzwing nods. "Yes actually. I feel more at ease now. Kimakazee, can't you get into trouble for this?" He speaks to the other femme, but can't take his optics off Moonlight. -Kimakaze answers in a matter of fact tone, "No, not really. Internal Security iss my job and it'ss my call that Blitzwing makes a far more effective and docile prisoner during hiss stay here if I allow him access to you, Moonlight. I do know much of ... mech and femme relations." Kimakaze adds "I am not all bladess and spikes." -Moonlight arches an optic ridge and grins. "You must also listen to rumors too then." Then she frowns slightly. "I know that Kimakaze...I've seen evidence to back that up." -Kimakaze raises a single digit to Moonlight. "Best to stow that information, I think. A femme'ss Mech interests are her own. Now, Blitzwing, I have something important to share with you." -Blitzwing walks over to the edge of the forcefield, holding Moonlight's hand. "Yes Ma'am?" -Moonlight raises her second optic ridge. "Noted." She grins, "Besides, I think my being in intel is a bit of a misnomer. I'm better at hiding and delivering goods than I am information." -Kimakaze says to Blitzwing quietly, "Commander Onslaught permitss that you are released with Moonlight now. I suggest that you remember what I have said to you today, and for Megatron'ss sake *please* Mech....please hold your tongue with him, and otherss. If you have a problem with any CoC, why not bring it to *my* attention, hmm? I am sure Razelore would love to discuss it with them in the interrogation room. You let *uss* deal with our own, all right? -Moonlight shudders slightly, getting this sudden sense of Blitzwing's eventual doom. Even if he /does/ take things to Kim and eventually Razelore, it might still come back to haunt him...She glances up at Blitzwing to see his reaction, making she she grabs his arm so that if he moves suddenly at least she'll be dragged along...as usual. -Blitzwing can't contain himself. He turns around and scoops Moonlight off her feet, grinning wider then ever. "Thank you so much Kim. I'm forever in your debt. You have my word I'll be on my best behavior." -Moonlight is scooped up...an even /better/ way to make sure she stays with the troublesome Blitzwing. She nods to Kimakaze. "Yes...thank you." Darkmount - Interrogation Room You step into the interrogation room and immediately note how dark it is. There is no visible source of light normally unless you or the guard in the observation room has activated the luminous cells. Blitzwing [Robot] [D] Kimakaze [Robot] [D] Obvious Exits: -C- Cell leads to Darkmount - Holding Cell -E- East leads to Darkmount - Security Level -Kimakaze nods "Though a word of warning to you Blitzwing. The Empire only givess mercy once, if at all. If you treat other Decepticons, reguardless of their rank above you or not, with disrespect, you will be dealt with. Do not give me cause to see you punished. I am a femme of my word, and I give you my word that there will be no infaction bickering in thiss empire so long ass I am head of Internal Security. All right? Try to let thingss brush over you, don't jump to bite the bait all the time. Now go; and show Onslaught the respect he deserves as a hard working Commander. Even if you don't alwayss understand hiss motives." -Blitzwing nods silently. "I'll keep my mouth shut and do my job. That's all I can do. But I'll do it to the best of my abilities." -Moonlight makes herself as comfy as possible. "So, where to now that you're a free mech again?" -Blitzwing shrugs. "I dont know. Should I go appologize to Onslaught? Or should I let him cool off...or what?" -Moonlight thinks for a moment. "Probably let him cool off...but it's really up to you. I don't know him that well." -Kimakaze chuckles "Let him cool off for a bit, and then send him a note or go see him. Just remember, the Commander iss alwayss right, unless he is so wrong you have to complain through the official channels." -Blitzwing nods. "Where would you like to go me lady? Your in charge, your wish is my command." -Moonlight looks around. "Anywhere but here. This place gives me the creeps." -Kimakaze indicates the door. "Feel free to leave, but try to keep your nasal unitss clean." -Blitzwing carries her to the door. "Thanks again, Kim. I think I need my weapons back for Enfilade's operation though." -Moonlight is content to be carried at the moment. "What time is that supposed to happen anyhow?" -Kimakaze nods, and goes to the lockers for storage of prisoners affairs, and enters the correct codes to open the hatch there. She removes from within the weapons she took from Blitzwing. "Here they are, all in working order." Kimakaze adds "Commander Enfilade hass her optics on you, Blitzwing. Not just Onslaught wanted you brigged to quieten your tone down a little bit. Be especially sharp around her, it'ss in your best interests, believe me. -Moonlight frowns slightly...she likes Commander Enfilade, but she also likes Blitzwing. As she's sadly learning, Cybertron is a world where mutal friends often clash with each other. "She's told you this herself Kimakaze?" -Blitzwing temporarily adjusts Moonlight, placing her on his shoulders, putting his weapons into subspace before putting the femme back in his arms. "Really? Intriguing. Everyone hates a guy that calls it like he sees it. Well, from now on, I see with tunnel vision." He grins down to Moonlight. "You put on weight?" he chuckles. -Moonlight pretends to smack Blitzwing upside the head for his comment. -Kimakaze shakes her head "Not in those exact wordss, no. But I didn't become thiss high in Intel without figuring how to translate words into more words, and shreads of information into clear messages. trust me; she wants to see if he'ss up to the job and I know he can be. Just go and kick aft." She winks. -Moonlight shrugs. "I can read people fairly decently myself. I just haven't seen her much lately, that's all." She grins at Blitzwing. "Well, we should rest some before you have to go do some more of that fighting stuff you love so much." -Kimakaze stalks off herself into the darkness. -Blitzwing carries Moony out the door merrily. Darkmount - Barracks You step through the large and heavy door into an archaic looking cavern. The natural material of the mountain is very much in evidence here, as not much effort was put into making the army's barracks very attractive. With plasma tools and brute hydraulic power, hundreds of cubicles have been carved out in strangely organized rows throughout the room and at multiple levels. The size of the cubicle is a general indication of the rank of the owner, and you'll notice several larger rooms higher up in the cavern, almost as if they were positioned to watch over the troops below. Blitzwing Onslaught Obvious exits: -N- North leads to Darkmount - Elevator Shaft. -S- South leads to Darkmount - Guardhouse. -Blitzwing begins to walk to his quarters, carrying an armful or two...pausing to say. "Thank you sir." that's it. -Slipstream steps into the barracks area quietly. She has a metal pack in her hands which she sets down on a nearby table. The grey and silver female begins rummaging around in it. -Moonlight gets carried in by Blitzwing. She leans her head against his shoulder. -Onslaught is sitting at some table in the barracks flipping cards. Onslaught merely nods to Blitzwing as he continues to flip his cards, looking up for a moment to look over at Slipstream, but returning to his cards quite quickly. -Blitzwing nods to Slipstream, and carries Moonlight into his chatteau. Blitzwing's Quarters Your inside a very small, cramped cubicle. There's an old computer in the back, and some guns laying around here and there... and that's about it. -Blitzwing lays her gently down on the bed, and rests next to her. "One of these days...er will have a cycle without drama." -Moonlight nods her head. "Yes, one of these cycles. But I doubt it will be one any time soon." 2nd Lieutenant Blitzwing says, "What time should we depart the base...Anyone?" -Blitzwing looks to Moonlight. "What time are we supposed to pull out?" Special Operative Slipstream says, "Are we going to Cerrius COmmander?" Enfilade says, "All available Decepticon units, assemble in Dead End." Enfilade says, "Negative. We have work to do elsewhere first." -Moonlight stands up. "I'm guessing...now. Mind giving me a lift? I'm a bit on the slow side." Special Operative Slipstream says, "Understood." Lieutenant Moonlight says, "We're on our way Field Commander." -Blitzwing scoops her up again. "Keep my cockpit warm. just dont make it all femme like in there...if I smell potpurri..." he winks. -Moonlight chuckles. "You're in luck, this femme is pot-purri free." She taps her chest. "Well, let's get moving."
