January 19th, 2003 ~Kimakaze(D), Ghost(D), Onslaught(D), Blitzwing(D), Starfire(U), Enfilade(D) Darkmount - Command Center Before you lies the heart and soul of the Decepticon empire. You find yourself standing on a wide walkway spanning a three-quarter circle overlooking the 100 foot deep command center. The central stairs are just to your right and descend through three levels of sensor monitor stations. The entire height and length of the wall in front of you is covered with massive sensor viewers relaying information from the Tower Outpost Communication Center to Darkmount so that Decepticon leaders may survey their holdings without moving very far from the tools of power at their disposal. In the first work level below you are various computer terminals available for the officers to review logs of troop reports while the lower two levels are strictly dedicated to sensor monitoring and are constantly manned. In the pit of the room, various holomaps display the information interpolated from the sensor inputs that the currently assigned duty officer is constantly updating. Blitzwing [Robot] [D] Onslaught [Robot] [D] Ghost [Robot] [D] Kimakaze [Robot] [D] Long Table with a Model Obvious Exits: -N- North leads to Darkmount - Command Level -Kimakaze is sitting in a corner, talking to Ghost. -Moonlight meanders into the room. She's looking a lot better today than she has been for the past couple of days. -Ghost laughs softly, "yes yes..hate is illogical." Her lips twist into a wry smile as she adds, optics glittering briefly, "But neither of us is exactly a model of logic, now are we?" -Onslaught could probably be hit by a bomb (and he looks as though he was) right now and it wouldn't phase him, as he continues his work, pulling up other files in clear view of Blitzwing, or anyone else who'd bother to look. Personnel files, documents, vid clips, reports, the works. Onslaught is completely engrossed in what he's doing, and it would seem Blitzwing tapping him on the shoulder isn't a motivator to stir him out of it. -Blitzwing is attempting to get Onslaught's attention... -Kimakaze nearly snorts at that comment, actually pretty ammused by it. "Scev; no! If I may say so, logic escapess you quite often, and ass for myself, I don't think I want to even comment." -Moonlight walks in until she's about the center of the room. "Well, hello everyone," she calls out in greeting. She might not sound /quite/ as cheerful as usual, but she certainly doesn't sound gloomy. -Ghost nods, optics glittering, "Well... Never let it be said that we allowed our peculiarities to get in the way of simple business. After all, not everyone can be brilliantly illogical.." Her optics darken, smile thinning, "but everyone can *understand* logic, yes?" -Onslaught mutters to Onslaught: "Bingo." -Kimakaze nods "Quite. You might also be interested in the following. Arcane iss missing a section of his beloved face, namely his face plate from the front. I had it removed and have given it to Razelore ass a gift. Kimakaze adds darkly "he really doesn't deserve half of what I give him, you know, but who'ss counting." She winks. -Blitzwing is now just frustrated. "Hello, sir. Ignoring me isn't going to make your decision the right one. Your acting like a spoiled kidlet..." He sighs, and grins to Moonlight. "Hey there, didnt see ya sneak in." -Moonlight pouts slightly at Blitzwing. "But I didn't sneak. Why does everyone assume I'm sneaking just because they aren't paying any attention to me." She shakes her head and walks up to her good friend. -Ghost gives a delighted chortle, optics wideing and brightening, "Rather fitting..." Another crooked grin before she slides back into being at least semi serious, "He deserves whatever you deem fit to bestow upon him, madame." A pause, a faint smile, "He is, after all, effective and useful. As well as a mirror for you." -Kimakaze mutters "Hiss minds games however are not appreciated. If he /really/ wantss to find out who I am, then he shall find out while I choke hiss lights out. I think he feels that he can blackmail me...somehow. An ammusing and novel idea. Though I suppose the Autobotss might step their 'arrest on sight' up to 'shoot on sight'. -Ghost lifts a brow, listening to Kimakaze with a thoughtful frown. She keeps her voice pitched to just over a whisper, still resonant with those raspy alto tonalities, "Ser Razelore or Arcane?' she asks for clarification. -Kimakaze smiles slyly "I was referring to Arcane. I may do thingss to Razelore that he doesn't especially appreciate, but *that* is not one of them. -Moonlight glances at Kimakaze for a moment. "Bah. Why is everyone so pleased with themselves to get a shoot on sight order placed against them?" -Blitzwing looks to Moonlight and chuckles. "Makes me feel wanted. you cant be Wanted dead...without being wanted." He laughs...loudly. -Onslaught closes all of the files he's working on, and shuts the terminal itself down. Chuckling, to himself or perhaps just in general, he spins around in his seat to face Blitzwing, rather, spins around and stands so that he can look directly at Blitzwing. His voice, no longer tinged with pleasantries as it has been the last few dozen cycles, seemingly returned to it's cold, cool, calculated tones, "Blitzwing, come with me." -Ghost glances over at Moonlight, optics flickering a darker violet for a moment before lightening as she smiles faintly. "Some see it as a badge of /honor/ to be deemed so dangerous as to have that marked against them." the word honor has a peculiar twist to it. -Moonlight chuckles. "Then I'm glad I'm not the honorable type and have no interest in the word whatsoever." She shakes her head and turns back to Blitzwing. "Wouldn't you rather be wanted in a positive way than a negative one?" -Blitzwing shrugs his shoulders to Moonlight "Different sides of the same coin." He walks over to Onslaught without hesitation...."Yeeesss?" -Without a word, Onslaught begins marching towards the steps to the other level and out of the command center, nodding briefly to Kimakaze, Ghost, and finally Moonlight before exiting, not bothering to check if in fact Blitzwing is actually following. -Blitzwing follows along like a good little soldier boy... -Moonlight watches Blitzwing go. Since she wasn't invited, she decides not to follow. "Come talk with me later, okay Blitz?" -Kimakaze stands up at this point, flexing herself and quite visibly forcing herself to heal a bit further. -Ghost's optics note the wince, filing it away under the mental file labeled Kimakaze. Her expression shades plesant as she gives a shake of her head, "An oft used term to dignify ones baser actions as worthy of something better. Something to lend weight to lies and decievery, violence and law breaking. Nothing more than a word much abused with lingering remnants of a tattered past clinging on despite a death of the true meaning." She speaks softly, but clear enough to be heard throughout the command center. -Blitzwing throws a thumbs up to Moonlight before following his boss out the door. -Kimakaze walks aross to Ghost and says quietly whil the others are leaving, "That tattered past where honour belongss is not so very far away from where some of uss *live*." -Ghost watches the others depart, optics reflecting that strange deep sadness that had shone moments earlier. She speaks softly, raspy, "I know that all to well, Kimakaze." -Kimakaze continues. "You do realise that Commander Razelore iss now *watching* me, whatever that meanss. So if I do thiss..." she raises a single digit into the air and firmly holds it aloft for a moment or two, "I can assume he will see it." -Moonlight folds her arms. Now that Blitzwing is gone she heads over to where Kimakaze and Ghost are. "Well, I wasn't even particularily honorable at /any/ stage in my life...unless you consider smuggling or stealing just to survive honorable." She shrugs. "So far as I can tell honor just makes people miserable. So does pride." Then she chuckles. "But I should stop philosophizing...because that makes /me/ unhappy." -Ghost laughs softly, sadly, "Indeed. I know he will know. As would I know." She lifts a brow briefly before peering at Moonlight, adjusting her position leaned against a console. "Interesting point of view, mer Moonlight. One I can understand while not quite agreeing with." She reminds herself of her official view on all this honor business, frowning, "But there are few things that even I will not enter into a conversation about, honor being the main point." -Blitzwing transmits: ' He put me in the brig again!'. -Kimakaze says "What a good idea." Exactly what she means by that is left unstated. -Moonlight shrugs. "Right. And all that talk about someone knowing whether you raise your hand or not...what's all that about. I mean..." she trails off as her radio distracts her. Onslaught says, "Attention all Darkmount Decepticon officers, trainees and drones - this is Brigadier General Onslaught. I would /kindly/ ask that any and all of you when you have the time, come to the security level for a little 'lesson' about the Empire. Mostly about what we do, and do not tolerate in this army. I look forward to PERSONALLY seeing you there. Any who cannot attend, please feel free to radio me. Onslaught out." -You transmit 'Oh bother. Now what did you do?' to Blitzwing. -Kimakaze says, "Well if you see Raze', perhapss you would be kind enough to tell him a little about the word *trust*, Ghost. Something that you know a great deal of."" -Blitzwing transmits: ' Nothing! He just told me to stand here..and locked the cell! This isnt fair! I didnt do anything!'. -Moonlight frowns at the message on BroadBand...she really hates it when the content of it is something serious...she prefers the idle chit chat that everyone says it shouldn't be used for. "Well, it looks like we've been summoned. Too bad, I wanted to hear your takes on my question. Oh well." She turns on her heels and makes her exit. Darkmount - Security Level As you emerge into the Security room, you can't help but notice that the entire area looks like a spent battle zone. It is to this place Decepticons are forced when they become too unruly for even the Empire's needs, and it is here that the Autobot unfortunate enough to be captured by Decepticons will most likely meet a distinctly unpleasant end. The walls have been left scorched and marked, with an occasional piece of a Transformer's armor imbedded into the walls as a reminder of the misery and woe those here will endure. Straight ahead of you is the dark and massive door leading into the confinement cells, still stained with the vital fluids of some long gone (or possibly not long gone) Transformer. Starfire [Robot] [U] Obvious Exits: -N- North leads to Darkmount - Elevator Shaft -W- West leads to Darkmount - Interrogation Room -Starfire finds this place... scary. -Moonlight is making her way to the holding cells. As she steps off the elevator she is frowning and her pace is rather quick...not at all her usual leisurely stroll. -Starfire, at least, is with a group of recruits and trainees and not alone. If she were, she'd be strongly inclined to run like heck. -Moonlight briefly nods to Starfire as she keeps going...then stops. "Ummmm, you don't get the general Con messages, do you?" -Starfire shakes her head. "No, ma'am, but my roommate told me we were supposed to report here." -Moonlight nods. "Just checking...wouldn't want you to get in trouble too after all." -Starfire shivers. She doesn't like this place at all... -Blitzwing transmits: ' I cant stay in here....not again.'. -Moonlight pats Starfire on the shoulder rather gently. "Remember the advice I gave you the other cycle in the bar...now would be a good time to practice." -You transmit 'Are you allowed to have people see you?' to Blitzwing. -Starfire nods slowly, but it's kinda hard to think of flying in space when you're in an evil room that looks like the last battle took place in it. -Moonlight points to the interrogation room. "I think he wants us in there..." Darkmount - Interrogation Room You step into the interrogation room and immediately note how dark it is. There is no visible source of light normally unless you or the guard in the observation room has activated the luminous cells. Once your optics adjust to the low light level, you can see that the room is basically a black sphere and you'll need to hover unless you want to wind up at the bottom of the sphere after you step off the door platform. In the center of the sphere is a harness attached to an antigravity generator. Those who have the misfortune of being secured here are suspended in the harness, immobilized and left in the dark, completely deprived of all sensory inputs. There is nothing to be seen, nothing to be heard, and nothing to be felt once the room is sealed. And, eventually, even the strongest spirit will succumb to madness and delusion if left here long enough. Speak now or forever remain in this place of eternal silence. Onslaught [Robot] [D] Enfilade [Robot] [D] Starfire [Robot] [U] Obvious Exits: -C- Cell leads to Darkmount - Holding Cell -E- East leads to Darkmount - Security Level -From Darkmount - Holding Cell, Blitzwing is foaming at the mouth practicly. "Why? Cause you know I could hand you your aft?" In his rage he goes to punch him....falling back and screaming in pain as his hand hits the forcefield. -Moonlight walks into the interrogation room, not looking happy at all. The empire might be strong and fearsome...but they really need to get some interior decorators. -Enfilade folds her arms, hearing noise from the holding cell. Somehow she is not particularly surprised. "So, Blitz has really done it, hm?" -Starfire hovers with the rest of her group, *very* unhappy at being here, and this room is one of the worst she's ever seen... Dark, closed in, and very very claustrophobic. She shivers and has to concentrate to resist the temptation to transform and get free of this place. -Ghost strides into the interrogation room, optics glimmering thoughtfully, lips curved into a thoughtful frown. She arrives with Kimakaze. -Kimakaze stalks in to the area, feeling quite at home here. She is just behind Ghost. -Onslaught is standing near the window to the holding cell, and in fact has been since before people starting arriving, making a speech every time a new group would enter. "Well fellow Decepticons, inside the holding cell you see the perfect example of what we do NOT tolerate in the Empire. Unit Blitzwing has been insubordinate for far too long...and yet, he's been given a fair bit of slack. However, I thought that perhaps we've been slack enough, so from here on in, we'll be running the Empire how it was intended to be run. If Blitzwing has any further complaints against command, including his apparent desire to, what was it, 'ram something up my aft'? Then he's more than welcome to lodge a formal complaint. In the mean time, I want you all to regard what a truly insubordinate trooper looks like..." -Moonlight moves to stand beside Starfire, sympathizing with the younger femme's discomfort. She puts a hand on her arm, just to let her know she's there. Starfire might not be the life of the party, but she also doesn't deserve to be subjected to this. -Ghost mutters to Kimakaze: "Master of the ... ... out at ... ego bound." -Kimakaze 's smirk just grow slightly as Ghost comments, and she nods. "Oh, exactly." -Enfilade folds her arms, her optics impassive. She'd been warning Blitzwing time and again to watch himself. "Shoulda listened," she says softly. And maybe, she should have done this herself instead of waiting for Onslaught to do it. Now granted, she's been distracted elsewhere planning nothing less than a full scale city takeover, but she does not accept that as an excuse. -From Darkmount - Holding Cell, Blitzwing is lying on the floor clutching his hand in pain...sobbing and cursing. "Why? You aftplate..." -Onslaught says, "In fact, any Decepticon present that feels my actions towards Blitzwing are unjust, are more than welcome to file a formal complaint, or come to me personally to complain." -Kimakaze arches an optical servo, for once without her full face visor. "Onslaught, might I venture a simple question? Exacty what have you *done* to Bliztwing?" -Moonlight tightens her grip on poor Starfire's arm, more to keep herself in place than for any benifit to Starfire. -Onslaught looks over at Kimakaze and matter of factly states in response, "What you see is what I've done to him for the moment. He's in one of our holding cells until further notice." -Ghost finds someplace to lean, folding her arms over her front, listening with part of her attention as she catches sight of enfilade. Thats enough to darken her fratures for a moment before she regains her usual mask of barely restrained cynical amusement. She has reports for the Commander.. As per messages passed along.. -From Darkmount - Holding Cell, Blitzwing hobbles up and unsheaths his sword, and attempts to slice the force field. Not the brightest bulb on the tree. He swings mightly, and the force of the voltage that courses through his body sends him into the opposite wall...hard. He slumps down, unmoving. -Starfire almost starts; she'd entirely forgotten that Moonlight was even there. The walls... press in on her, and she's torn between the distractions of her claustrophobia and the lecture going on. Discipline wins out, and she forces herself to pay attention. There just might be a test. -Kimakaze shakes her head, seeing that. "You didn't diss-arm him before placing him in the cell? Isn't that a little unusual?" -Ghost speaks softly, "He should be disarmed. Proper practice of being placed under holding.." She shrugs, peering at Kimakaze then over to Onslaught, "Do you wish for the problem to be disarmed?" she asks flatly. -Onslaught nods to Kimakaze's question, "A little, yes. But I thought it personally more amusing to see him bounce about with his weapons attempting to use them to get free or in anger. Makes it more of a show, considering how violent tempered he is. I'd hope he'd realize the futility of it sooner than later, but one can't hope too much. Proper practice would dictate he'd be disarmed, yes...however he won't be in there too long. This time. From what I've heard, Enfilade might need him this evening..." -Moonlight just keeps patting Starfire's arm...she needs to distract herself by doing /something/. "How long is he going to be in there for?" she ventures to ask. She keeps her tone neutral, something she's good at. -Kimakaze practically radiates ammusement, but says absolute nothing to that. -From Darkmount - Holding Cell, Blitzwing is probably better of that he knocked himself unconscious...because he's less apt to hurt himself. The audiance should be getting a nice visual of smoke rising of him after his latest brilliant feat. -Enfilade raises an optic ridge. "I don't think I want him anywhere near explosives in his condition. We're going to be planting a minefield...a very special minefield." -Onslaught looks towards the cell before looking back at those assembled, "See what I mean? He only damages himself through his actions." hinting at it perhaps in more ways than one, "As for your question Moonlight, we'll see." turning to Enfilade, "Yet commander, he'll only have hostile thoughts towards myself...and I'd assume you'd need all the assistance for your well thought out plan as you can get, even if he merely serves the role of 'guarding' his comrades." -Ghost shifts her stance, remaining against a wall as she glances about the room, taking in those present, stance, expression and body language with a clinical detachment. -Kimakaze listens to that information about the minefield. "Onslaught, since Internal Security iss *my* job officially speaking, I;m afraid I am going to have to insist that he be diss-armed while he iss imprisoned.
