November 5th, 2002 ~Omnisaber(D), Wildfire(U), Bracer(U), Solar(D), Darkmount - Launch Platform Forcibly hewn out of the side of a raised mountain, this sturdily constructed platform is large enough to accommodate several ships and still allow enough room for the arriving and departing patrols of Decepticon seekers. Crafted of solidly forged chunks of Durillium, it has been made to withstand the tests of time and battles. Around the edges of the platform are various anti-aircraft batteries and entrenched watch posts for defense drones, should anyone ever be foolish enough to attempt an attack from the air, or intrepid enough to risk approaching the Decepticon stronghold from the nearly impossible climb below. Decepticon Shuttle Obvious Exits: -U- Up leads to Sky Above Tarn -D- Down leads to Darkmount - Elevator Shaft -Moonlight is sitting on the edge of the platform, her legs dangling over the sides. Of course, it would be very easy for someone to try to push her off, so she must be rather confident that no one out there would want to. Or it could just be that those who can fly aren't very afraid of falling. -Omnisaber walks off the lift into the launch area, and makes his way over to the edge, sliding down to take a seat next to Moonlight, smiling as he enjoys the view. -Moonlight looks to see Omnisaber, her face lighting with a grin. "So, who are you today?" -Omnisaber smirks as he looks over at Moonlight, "Depends on which beautiful femme might be asking." -Moonlight pretends to look around. "I guess that must be me...I don't see any other femmes in the area asking you questions." -Omnisaber nods softly, "Moonlight, give me a break, who else would I be talking about?" -Moonlight shrugs. "You're the one who brought it up." -Omnisaber shrugs and nods softly, "True enough, then again, I'm usually the one bringing stuff up like that, aren't I?" -Moonlight nods her head. "You can't seem to help yourself." -Omnisaber smiles softly, "Around you? No...guess I can't..." -Moonlight chuckles. "I think you've caught a disease of complimenting me. It has to be, because you do it no matter what..." -Omnisaber chuckles softly and shakes his head, "Well, in all honesty, if it's a disease, I'd rather not have the cure...whether or not you'd rather I be cured though...well..." laughs a bit more. -Moonlight smiles softly. "I don't mind. Just don't let it get to my head." -Omnisaber smirks softly, "I'll see what I can do about that part..." -Moonlight shakes her head. "I wouldn't worry /too/ much about it. I'm sure there's pleanty of people out there who would argue your opinions. And I'm certain the Bots will serve to keep me humble." -Omnisaber chuckles softly as he shakes his head, "At least we can hope so...no telling what those 'Bots'll do at any given time." -Moonlight nods. "That's true. I haven't seen much of them since that misadventure in space." -Omnisaber says, "Maybe they're just laying low for the moment, because they're planning something big and nasty." -Moonlight kicks the side of Darkmount. "That's true. Didn't hear much of them before they showed up at the gates of Crystal City." -Omnisaber says, "Hrmm....that means trouble then, no? AT least typically speaking of course." -Moonlight shrugs. "Maybe. But I certainly hope it doesn't mean trouble." -Omnisaber shrugs, "In my experience, it usually does mean trouble...least nine out of ten times or so..." -Moonlight curls her knees and stands up. "Well, I should probably go looking to see if I can find anything. I don't think any of us like being caught unawares." -Omnisaber smirks and shakes his head, "No, most of us don't...some of us do..." -Moonlight starts to pace. "Are you one of them?" -Omnisaber mockingly looks startled, as he gets away from the dge and stands up slowly, backing away, "One of them? You don't mean...'THEM' do you? Or do you mean the 'Bots? Oh heavens no...not one of 'THEM'!" -Moonlight gives Omnisaber an odd look. "I meant those who like to be taken unawares..." -Omnisaber smiles and nods, "I know...was just trying to have a little fun. That IS the point of relaxing and being off duty, isn't it?" -Moonlight nods back. "Of course it is." She continues pacing. -Omnisaber says, "Something wrong...?" -Moonlight stops her pacing. "Not really. I'm just waiting for Blitzwing to stir from his rest. I /did/ tell Solar I was going to try talking to him after all." -Omnisaber quirks an optic as he looks at Moonlight quizzically, "Sorry, why would you be waiting for Blitzwing? I don't follow..." -Moonlight pauses for a moment. "Because he's in the brig of course." -Omnisaber still looks at her with an odd expression on his face, "O-kay...that being...why?" -Moonlight sighs very softly. "Because he and Swivel were found out. The higher-ups don't like it, so he's being punished. I guess gossip isn't what it used to be." -Omnisaber's optics flicker a bit mimicking blinking, "Ummm....since when did that happen?" -Moonlight thinks for a moment. "I'm not sure /exactly/ when. I just heard about it yesterday." -Omnisaber says, "Well, it's the first I've heard anything about it to be honest..." -Moonlight shrugs. "That's fine. I wouldn't have heard about it if I hadn't talked to Solar about it. Oh, it's in the files, but I don't read them /that/ often." -Omnisaber says, "Well, I haven't had an opportunity to look at the files lately..." -Moonlight leans against the wall by the elevator. "That's fine, but you should make a habit of keeping up. I should too for that matter." -Omnisaber says, "I usually do keep up...just haven't had a chance to lately is all, not really my fault, Moonie." -Moonlight grins. "Maybe not...but why come up here when you could have been catching up?" -Omnisaber shrugs and smiles softly, "I did my usual. Found out where you were, and came the moment I found out...figured catching up with the files could wait until later." -Moonlight clasps her hands together. "Awwww, how sweet of you." -Omnisaber shakes his head, "If you say so...was just being concerned. Haven't seen you in close to a week now, figured I'd check up on you." -Moonlight frowns. "I /have/ been keeping to myself lately. Ever since that horrible incident in space." She shakes her head. "I haven't even been able to bring myself to ask how we got out of there." -Omnisaber shrugs, "Beats me...last thing I remember was collapsing aboard the ship, woke up in med bay a little while ago." -Moonlight nods her head. "I remember something similar." She glances at Omnisaber rather sharply. "How long ago did you wake up?" -Omnisaber says, "Just a little before I came here. I woke up, asked the medic on hand where you were, they told me, and well, here we are." -Moonlight hmmmmms to herself. o O (They haven't told him yet). "Well, it's good to have you back then." -Omnisaber shrugs and smiles, "I suppose...same goes for you." -Moonlight nods and then goes silent. -Omnisaber cocks his head slightly at Moonlight, a soft smile growing upon his face, "Moonlight...what's wrong?" -Moonlight shakes her head. "Nothing too important." -Omnisaber says, "Oh c'mon, just tell me...what is it?" -Moonlight looks into Omnisaber's optics. "Do you really have no memory of between being on the ship and just when you woke up a few moments ago?" -Omnisaber shakes his head looking back into Moonlight's optics, "No...none at all. Why? Should I?" -Moonlight sighs. "I we should find someplace comfortable to sit down..." -Omnisaber cocks his head slightly quirking an optic ridge, "Ummm, why? What's going on?" -Moonlight pushes the button to summon the elevator. "Just trust me. Where do you think you're most comfortable?" -Omnisaber says, "Doesn't really matter...any where with you should be fine...and I do trust you, but now you've got me worried." -Moonlight enters the elevator when it finally shows up. She is silent during the sort trip down the the barracks. Darkmount - Barracks You step through the large and heavy door into an archaic looking cavern. The natural material of the mountain is very much in evidence here, as not much effort was put into making the army's barracks very attractive. With plasma tools and brute hydraulic power, hundreds of cubicles have been carved out in strangely organized rows throughout the room and at multiple levels. The size of the cubicle is a general indication of the rank of the owner, and you'll notice several larger rooms higher up in the cavern, almost as if they were positioned to watch over the troops below. Obvious exits: -S- South leads to Darkmount - Guardhouse. -N- North leads to Darkmount - Elevator Shaft. -Omnisaber follows Moonlight right off the lift into the barracks. -Moonlight heads straight for her room. Even if Omnisaber isn't the most comfortable there, at least she will be. MoonGate (#566en) Colorful could be a word to describe this barracks room. The walls are covered of many pictures of many different planets (none are on Cybertron)...most of them in bars and containing the same mech over and over. The room is littered with odds and ends and couldn't truly be called neat, though there appears to be some sort of purpose to all the clutter. There's a recharge bed, but unless it's being used, it is also most likely covered in junk. There are probably many little well-hidden hidey holes in this room, but anyone interested in them would have to both wade through the junk and have a keen set of optics. -Omnisaber follows Moonlight into her room shrugging as he enters, "Okay okay...so what's the big deal?" -Moonlight motions to a chair. "Have a seat please." -Omnisaber sighs as he takes a seat silently, pulling the chair around such that he can sit on it backwards and have somewhere to lean his arms, "Okay, shoot." -Moonlight leans against a wall and faces Omnisaber. "The last time I saw you wasn't on the dead ship in space. In fact, I saw you yesterday. But you weren't exactly you. What I mean, is that it was your body, but someone else's personality." She shakes her head. "Oh, I'm not good at this." -Omnisaber's optics flicker a moment as he listens, "Alright...reminds me of a number of stories, but just say it however. Don't worry about how you say it." -Moonlight nods her head. "Well, since I wasn't there when it happened, I don't really know the full story. All I really know is that you have been walked around with someone named Nightblade in your body. Does that name mean anything to you?" -Omnisaber shrugs and smiles softly, "Nope, doesn't ring a bell at ... wait a sec. Night...Blade? Hmm. You know what, that name DOES sound really familiar. It'll come to me soon I'm sure, but it's been a REALLY REALLY long time." -Moonlight waits for a few moments. "He mentioned the name Ciel. I think you've mentioned that name before as well. There might be a connection there..." -Omnisaber snaps his fingers as his optics light up, "Bingo! Ciel used to speak about him a lot. Well, whenever she spoke about things, other than testing, or her latest research. Now I remember...Nightblade, yes yes yes. Sorry, what about him?" -Moonlight arches her optic ridges. "He was you." -Omnisaber shakes his head and looks Moonlight directly in the optics, "I'm sorry, I don't think I heard you right. Say again?" -Moonlight takes a deep breath. "He was you," she repeated. "Somehow his consciousness was in your frame. You looked like you, but you talked like him and had his memories. And he was aware that you were there as well." -Omnisaber's optics flicker a moment at Moonlight, as he gets up, and starts laughing, laughing to the degree of holding his belly sort of laughing, "HAHahahaha....wait, okay, so now you're joking with me, right? WHOOOOO....you see, I've heard stories about that, heck, even got a few stories of my own from back in the cycle...but me? Someone else? Pffft...I don't THINK so." -Moonlight frowns. "Yeah, whatever. Believe me or not. Doesn't really matter of course. You're back now and if you want to believe I've been joking with you, that's just fine." -Omnisaber shakes his head and sighs, "Sorry, I DO believe you. You're one of the few people I trust nowadays. It just...alright, I've seen that sort of thing happen before, but never thought it'd happen to me. Makes no sense that it would...but regardless. Whatever it was, is over with, so no need to worry I guess, right?" -Moonlight shrugs, but continues to frown a little. "Yes, no need to worry. I wasn't worried in the first place. It seemed very likely that you would come back. It wasn't like your temporary visitor wanted to stay." -Omnisaber sighs again, shaking his head, "Let me ask you something...why are you frowning? As for my temporary visitor, I don't think he ever left. He's still inside a bit. I can sort of 'feel' him." -Moonlight shakes her head as though to clear it. "Don't worry about me. I just found the experience rather...distressing. I'll be fine now." -Omnisaber takes a step towards Moonlight and merely smiles, "Sorry kiddo, I do worry about you, and you telling me not to, won't exactly change that. I'll level with you though, I'm not overjoyed about it either, but I'm just happy I'm back is all." -Moonlight gives a half-smile. "I think you must have been there all along. Even as someone else you complimented me quite a bit." -Omnisaber smirks and shakes his head, "Either that, or maybe he just picked up on some strong feelings or emotions from me. Or maybe he just had really good taste. Who knows?" -Moonlight nods. "Who knows..." she echos. "Well, I hope nothing like that ever happens again." -Omnisaber says, "And why is that...?" Omnisaber says, "Not that I particularly do mind you, I'm just curious." -Moonlight hugs her arms. "It was just rather disorienting, that's all." -A huge smile appears upon Omnisaber's face, "Yeah, I missed you too Moonlight. I missed you too." -Moonlight smiles back. "I am really glad you got back okay..." -Omnisaber nods softly, still smiling, "Well, that definately makes two of us." turning towards the door and changing the subject suddenly, "So, you say Blitzwing got brigged, huh?" -Moonlight finally relaxes, seating herself on her bed. "Yeah. Poor guy." -Omnisaber turns around, leaning on the door and looking at Moonlight as he nods, arms folded across his chest plate, "Well, maybe with some luck he'll learn a lesson by being brigged and it won't happen again." -"Maybe." Moonlight sounds doubtful. -Omnisaber smiles softly, leaning back a bit more, "Hopefully. He's hard headed, but he'll get into the swing of things I'm sure." -Moonlight looks at her feet. "It's just sad that he feels that way about the wrong person..." -Omnisaber shrugs and smiles softly, "Well, maybe some cycle he'll meet the right person, and it'll all be good." -Moonlight doesn't look up yet. "But it will take a lot of time for her to forget." -Omnisaber says, "And just as long for him to forget. We can just support him in our own way, and hope some cycle soon things get better." -Moonlight sighs. "But he might not /want/ it to get better, and that's why I'm worried. That's why I told Solar I'd go talk with him." -Omnisaber hmms, "Well, maybe I should talk with him too in that case." -Moonlight shakes her head. "For some reason I was told not to mention you...so I think your other self must have done something to anger him..." -Omnisaber cocks his head to the side, "Well, I doubt he would've started something verbally or physically to have gotten him thrown in the brig, otherwise I probably wouldn't be here right now, unless....oh dear Primus. Blitzwing probably came to me for advice on the matter, and Nightblade took that to....whoooboy...okay, maybe I shouldn't." -Moonlight chuckles, despite her concern. "Must have been something like that. I don't know the full story. But I won't get very far if Nightblade has done something to Blitzwing. From what I hear he's not exactly in the state of mind to be reasonable. But that's why I need to talk with him." -Omnisaber sighs and shakes his head, "That's alright...might see him after he gets out then. Least I hope so." -Moonlight nods her head. "I'll try to convince him you aren't to blame, but don't seek him out until I know how he feels towards you one way or the other." -Omnisaber nods softly, "Fair enough. I appreciate that." -Moonlight grins broadly. "I know, you can most likely take care of yourself, but why make things worse by fighting him if you don't have to?" -Omnisaber smirks and shrugs, "I don't know, might be a fun usage of time. What would you suggest then, I go off planet?" -Moonlight shakes her head. "Nothing quite the drastic. Just avoid him if you can. It shouldn't be /too/ hard, he /is/ locked up after all." -Omnisaber chuckles, "For now, yes. And in a few cycles, he'll be let out. If he has a grudge with me, it wouldn't be hard to find me." -Moonlight shrugs. "You could go spend some time at the brewery if things get too nasty." -Omnisaber nods softly, "Fair enough...could do that." -Moonlight rolls to lie on her side. "I hate waiting. I've never been known for my patience." -Omnisaber nods loudly (as opposed to softly), "I'm not THAT fond of waiting myself. But you already knew that." -Moonlight points her toes for no particular reason. "Yeah." -Omnisaber says, "Yeah?" -Moonlight chuckles. "Are you my echo now?" -Omnisaber grins, "I might be...depends on what I'd get for it." -Moonlight chuckles. "A lack of origional thought?" -Omnisaber says, "Could be...could be something else." -Moonlight grins. "That's always possible. But I'd probably end up losing my temper and saying some not so nice things." -Omnisaber smirks and sits on the floor, all happy and giddy, "ooooooh really? C'mon now Moonlight, tell tell tell. What sort of not so nice things, huh, huh, huh?" -Moonlight arches an optic ridge. "I don't think I want to say not so nice things. It's bad for the image after all. I'm supposed to be everyone's friend...even when they don't want me to be." -Omnisaber says, "No really, it's okay. I won't view you any differently, I just want to hear the sorts of things you'd come up with is all." -Moonlight laughs. "Sorry, I can't think of anything unless I'm really mad, but if I even suspect you're doing something /just/ to make me mad, I'll probably just laugh at you even more." -Omnisaber places a hand upon his chest and feigns being hurt, "Laughing AT me? Oh my...oh me. Why on Cybertron would I want to make you, whom I care for so,...well, mad?" -Moonlight shrugs. "I don't know. I'm not a mind reader after all. But you did ask what I would say." -Omnisaber says, "That I did, so just go ahead. Tell me." -Moonlight grins. "I already did." -Omnisaber shrugs and smiles, "So my dear, what exactly have you been up to in my absense?" -Moonlight's face goes serious. "Hiding away in my room mostly." -Omnisaber tsk, tsk's, "That's a real shame. Can't have that really, what say you and I go out for a bit? Out of Darkmount at least." -Moonlight hesitates. "I suppose. But I'll have to come back if I hear that Blitzwing is up for visitors." -Omnisaber says, "Fair enough, so anywhere in particular the loveliest femme in the room would like to go?" -Moonlight shrugs. "The Surge I guess." -Omnisaber shrugs in response, "As you wish. Lead the way." as he gets up and gestures towards the door, opening it, and allowing her to go first. Dead End - City Limits Large warehouses and factories, rundown though they may be, mark this as Dead End's industrial district. The constant sounds of metal grinding on metal can be heard as the aging machinery of the factories fights to continue functioning as it should. The smell... stench of molten metal, minerals and chemicals fills the air, most emitted by the tall exhaust stacks of the various ore processing plants scattered throughout this industrial wasteland. Occasionally a few stragglers hurry by, either in or out of the city, though always trying to avoid this area. The only others seen here are those unfortunate enough to find this as the only source of employment open to them in the city. They seem to slouch as they plod about, giving the impression of... defeat. Wildfire [Robot] [U] Bracer [Robot] [U] Warehouse <3319> Empty Building Obvious Exits: -O- Out leads to Trench Floor -E- East leads to Dead End - Central Strip -Moonlight strolls into the area, humming a little tune. -Bracer tentatively puts moves his right arm stiffly so that his hand rests on hers "That all depends on how much damage I've done to you." -Omnisaber is strolling along right behind Moonlight, following her, however NOT humming a little tune, instead humming a LARGE tune. -Wildfire half-grins up at Bracer. It's not exactly up to the wattage that once it was, but very little is these days, "I'll survive. It's a family trait, didn't you know? Besides, for all I knew, you were safely offworld. No damage done." Blinking a little at the sudden commotion, she frowns, then shrugs at two figures, one unknown and the other vaguely familiar. -Bracer starts to comment "You think I'd rather be safely offworld rather than with yo..." he too looks up at the sudden commotion. "Who's that?" -Solar walks over to the side of the large of well knowns and just says nothing -Moonlight stops midstride and glares jokingly at Omnisaber. "Stop throwing me off key." -Omnisaber not really paying much attention to Moonlight's walking habits, bumps right into her as she stops, knocking into her lightly before stopping his LARGE tune, "Umm, sorry about that Moonlight, but you threw yourself off key." -Wildfire hmms softly then gives an eloquent shrug, "No idea. Random people? That sort of thing happens in cities, I'm told." -Moonlight puts her hands on her hips. "Did not." -Bracer comments dryly..."Different, walking 'round no one knowing me....", he takes a last look at the other people on the street and then continues on his way -Omnisaber folds his arms across his chest plate and stares Moonlight directly in the optics, "Did so, and you've been off key since we left Darkmount. Period." -Wildfire follows Bracer and adds lightly, "Anonymity has its moments. No responsibilities, lieutenant." And is she loving every moment of the 'no responsibilities' thing? You bet. -Moonlight shakes her head. "No, I haven't been. /You/ just have no music sense." -Solar says, "Well welcome all to Dead End city, I hope your stay here is a pleasant one. And lets hope that the same thing doesn't happen as the last time we played host to the CC militia" -Bracer nods "Ahh...but doesn't that mean you can't call me that anymore....lieutenant?" -Omnisaber says, "Oh PUH-LEASE. No music sense? Why, I once orchestrated an entire Zenobian symphony for a vorn or two, and you're telling me I don't have ANY music sense! SHEESH!" strokes his chin lightly before shaking his head smirking, "Wait, you could be right. Zenobians don't really have an sort of ability to 'hear' things normally, so their definition of music is different from ours. My bad." -Moonlight shrugs and laughs. "It doesn't matter really I guess. No one's thrown anything at us yet." -Wildfire is about to launch into an old, familiar not-quite-argument about the proper use of titles, but is pulled up short by commentary from another source and...freezes over. Her smile is warm, as is the tone of voice, but the warmth doesn't quite reach her optics, "There is no Crystal City Militia anymore...as you know very well." That thing about 'no responsibilities'? Telling oneself something doesn't really have an impact on one's life is all well and good...especially when it's also a lie to a certain extent. -Omnisaber shrugs, "You realize by saying that you're pretty much asking to have something thrown at you, right?" -Moonlight shakes her head, about to protest, but spots Solar. "Hey, is that Solar over there?" she comments. He's making a good distraction from the fact she was singing off key and doesn't want to admit it. -Omnisaber looks over where Moonlight is pointing, and notices Solar standing there. Turning back to Moonlight and shaking his head smiling, "That? Solar? Heavens no, couldn't be. Solar was much better looking last I checked." -Bracer automatically picks up Wildfire's tone...sensitive to it...y'know..."Yeah" he adds "We're just normal mechs, that's all...just going for a walk" -Solar says, "I understand that the Militia is no loger a formal unit, but I also understand that those of you who were in it are still considered to be rather important to those left Crystal City. All I'm doing is welcoming you, and warning you at the same time. You see everymech is armed here, and there is no treaty. Phalanx was having a rather existential conversation once with Ghost and myself, when he was attacked." -Moonlight arches an optic ridge at Omnisaber. "/Now/ who's the guy who wants to get something thrown at him?" -Omnisaber sighs and shrugs, "Darned if I know, but I know it isn't me." -Wildfire's smile stays perfectly in place, mentions of Phalanx's mortality notwithstanding. Urge to kill...rising. "Yes, well...thank you for the...ah...welcome, then." The outburst of fury that was so rudely curtailed by a reasonable male a little while earlier is still simmering just below the surface, waiting for an excuse to come to the fore. Looking up at Bracer, she asks, "That arm of yours..?" -Solar says, "I just don't want to have to come to the rescue like I had to do with Phalanx. I mean who would have guessed Ghost and I protecting Phalanx against an unprovoked attack." Solar is goading those here to look for reactions. Although it was the truth. "Please stop by the Surge later for a drink, my treat" -Moonlight shrugs off Omnisaber's last comment and starts heading towards Solar. -Omnisaber shrugs and walks off in the opposite direction, muttering softly to himself. -Bracer nods to his maste...er...uh...lifemate "Yeah, this arm of mine...shall we, beautiful?" -Wildfire nods, "Yes. Now. Please." Before she takes a missile to the Decepticon bomber. -Moonlight finally reaches Solar. She gives everyone present one of her shallow little waves and grins. -Solar watches as the two turn and walk away "Was it something I said?". a grin is present on his faceplate. -Moonlight shakes her head at Solar, watching the two Neutrals depart. "You really have to work on those people skills of yours Solar." -Solar says, "I did it on purpose." -Moonlight arches an optic ridge from beneath that ridiculous hat of hers. "Oh? Care to enlighten me as to why?" -Solar says, "I wanted to see their reactions. They're hiding something and I want to know what it is. Wildfire doesn't like me cause I used to do a few low altitude flybys of Crystal city, and yet tonight she's all nice. Do you see whats wrong with this picture?" -Moonlight nods. "In theory, yes. But I don't know either of them well enough to say more than that." She pauses. "By the way, the stuff you wanted is in my room at the Deal. You can get it at your leisure." -Solar nods "I need a few mechs for some intelligence assignments. I want this place watched cause my guess is they weren't just here for a get together. I also want them followed." -Moonlight gets that look of mischief on her face. "Or I could just go after them and ask." -Solar says, "With this little charade they just put on, do you think you would get a straight answer?" -Moonlight shakes her head. "Of course not. But sometimes you learn things from what someone /doesn't/ say...or the things they use to detract you from the truth." -Solar says, "Which is why I think this place is so interesting." Solar points to the empty building "Last time I was in there I found a group of bots and a shuttle craft." -Moonlight turns to look over the building. "What's in there now?" -Solar looks at his timepiece "Well I have a bit of time, why don't we go see?" -Moonlight shrugs. "I'm game if you are." -Solar walks over to the door of the empty building and waits for Moonlight to join him "I'll go first." -Moonlight doesn't argue that. Empty Building While this place appears to be abandoned, the tools and engine parts stored here reveal that this place is a constructions site of some sort. Any plunderous ideas however, will quickly be quelled by the large, ugly thug who standing guard here. A construction site hidden in an 'empty' building" -Moonlight nods her head. "And guarded too." -Solar says, "Alrigh-t, I want a rundown on the movements of Phalanx, Wildfire, and Bracer. I alos want this warehouse put under surveilance. Go with three shifts, round the chronometer shifts, overlapping" -Moonlight nods her head. "Sure. Should I slip into something a little more...light? Or just be myself?" -Solar says, "Whichever you prefer. I want this info yester-cycle." -Moonlight makes a face. "I wish someone would invent time travel so that saying was possible." -Solar says, "I'm heading to the Deal and getting thos supplies. Find Omni- Nightblade, and have him start on these assignments too." -Moonlight looks sad for a moment. "It's Omnisaber again." -Solar says, "Lets just keep that a secret till Blitzwing is out of the brig." -Moonlight nods. "Right. I've already given Omnisaber a heads-up on the matter." -Solar says, "Did you tell him he's on BW's kill list?" -Moonlight nods again. "Yes. That's what I meant. I told him to avoid him if at all possible." -Moonlight goes off looking for Omnisaber. -Whispering can be heard in a dark shady alley nearby. -Moonlight, the eternally nosy, heads over to the alley way. -Omnisaber pops out of the dark alleyway all quick and sneaky like, quickly grabbing Moonlight and dragging her in, although giving her plenty of opportunity to resist if she so felt to. -Moonlight realizes it's Omnisaber and doesn't resist, allowing herself to get pulled into the alleyway. -Omnisaber smiles at Moonlight as he drags he deeper into the alley, "You know, you're pretty loud for such a light looking femme, especially one in Intel." -Moonlight grins back. "Of course I am. People can smell an intel agent a mile away from their very secretive nature. If I act like I don't care if people see me, that's a sort of invisibility in itself." -Omnisaber smirks as he shakes his head, "And being that blatant in a place like this is more than likely to get you killed for similar reasons..." -Moonlight makes a face. "Now that sounds boring and practical of you. I'm fine here." -Omnisaber shrugs slowly as he looks around cautiously, "Practical, perhaps. Boring? Hardly. Just looking out for you, considering the circumstances is all." -Moonlight shrugs. "Which circumstances?" -Omnisaber sighs and shakes his head slowly from one side to the other, "Well little miss blatant, had you been paying attention, you would've noticed the four people following you, weren't necessarily coincidentally going in the same direction. For that matter, they weren't planning to have a pleasant chat with you either." -Moonlight folds her arms. "So? Let them think I don't know they're there. It beats skulking around as though I was ashamed of my very prescence." -Omnisaber says, "I never said to do that, but their type is the type to take their prey aside and kill them outright. I've seen it done before." -Moonlight makes a snorting sort of sound. "I've spent lots of time in Dead End, and other places just like it. I'm still here aren't I? As long as I'm not in some sort of formal battle, I can hold me own just fine. And I don't need to be dragged to the arena like Solar seems to think." -Omnisaber sighs and shakes his head a little more furiously this time, "Okay, you're missing my point this time. I'm going to spell things out then. I KNOW who those four people were. I've dealt with them before. They are not pleasant people. They WERE going to kill you, had I not dragged you here. You fit their usual victim profile walking around as you were. I'm not saying you should do anything you don't want to...in fact, I was just explaining why I dragged you off is all, okay?" -Moonlight fidgets for a bit and re-discovers the letter that Nightblade had given to her. "Oh, yeah, this is yours." She holds it out for Omnisaber. -Omnisaber hesitantly takes the letter from Moonlight and looks over at her with an arched optic ridge, "What is it?" -Moonlight shrugs. "I don't know, I didn't read it." -Omnisaber shrugs and tucks it away in his subspace pocket, "Alright, in that case, I'll just look at it later. Can't be all that important that it needs to be looked at now, seeing as how I don't even know what it is." -Moonlight nods, though she does look a bit curious. "All I know is that your other self gave it to me to give to you, which doesn't really make sense, but it seemed to make him feel better." -Omnisaber smirks as he shakes his head looking to the sky and pulling the letter back out from his 'pocket' hands it back to Moonlight, "Tell you what, you read it first then. You can tell me if there's anything interesting there." -Moonlight shakes her head. "I'm curious, but not /that/ curious." -Omnisaber shrugs, "Okay then..."
