Valkyrie Profile is from the creators of the illustrious Star Ocean series and proves to be just as innovative as Tri-Ace's past works. This game puts together a nicely done combination of real-time and turn-based elements that will keep you glued to the screen for days to come. Storywise, a big war is about to take place in Asgard, the home of the gods and they need suitable human souls to aid them in battle. Therefore, Odin, the Lord of the Gods summons the war goddess Valkyrie and orders her to find some suitable human souls called Einherjar to assist the gods in Ragnarok, the legendary battle. Will you be able to succeed or will you feel the wrath of the gods for your failure?
