Method of Obtaining: She'll spy on you a couple of times, then when you're in the Natural Cave, grab her ID she dropped and return to the publishing company in Central City. You can either let her join or tell her to leave you alone.

Chisato is a news hawk always looking for a good story. When she learns that Claude and the others are going to defeat the Ten Wise Men, she realises that this is a story that she can't resist.

Chisato is a black belt Jujitsu artist and as such, her Killer Moves consist mostly of her martial arts skills. She's fast and agile, meaning she can trap enemies into a corner with her quick atttacks. Besides being a corner trap artist, she can use her connection to the local defense forces to help her out when necessary. She can also equip better armor than most of the female characters, but don't get me wrong...she still can't wade into large groups of enemies without dying. Unfortunately, some of her Killer Moves are delayed and use up MPs like they were nobody's business. You may already have 8 characters up to the point where you meet her, so if you have room for one more character, then Chisato is a solid choice an additional member.
