Ashton is a sword-for-hire who's kind-hearted and gentle, but he has the worst luck in the world. In fact, when he's called to slay the two-headed dragon in the Salva Mines, the dragon fuses with him! He travels with the others in hopes of removing the dragons.
Although he may sound corny, his fighting prowess is anything but. He is the second(or third)most powerful character in the game and has sword attacks to boot. He is second in defensive capabilities only to Claude and gets in Anger Explosions more than any other character in the game. The only gripe about Ashton is that his Luck never goes above 18 and his Killer Moves have insane amounts of lag in them, giving the enemies enough time to counterattack or escape. Other than that, Ashton is a solid fighter.
