                          Microforum's Warranty

Microforum shareware distributions are tested and guaranteed for a period of
thirty days from time of purchase.  Our warranty applies to material and
workmanship only. It is the user's responsibility to determine hardware
compatibility as described on each package.  If you are shipped a mislabeled
or blank CD-ROM, or if the CD-ROM provided becomes defective within 30 days,
simply return the disk only by mail to Microforum Inc.      

Our warranty is limited to replacement of original purchased program only.
