NOTE FROM JIM ROSS: THIS IS THE DOCUMENTATION WHICH PETER LEADBEATER
SENT ME FOR THIS SCENERY. IT IN TURN COMES FROM DAVID GARDINER, AS YOU
SEE. HE AND SEVERAL OTHERS ON A GB BULLETIN BOARD PUT ALL OF THIS
TOGETHER.

This collection of Static scenery has been produced by moving and
tidying files available on this BB to make them suitable for use with
the new SubLOGIC Great Britain Scenery disks. Bulk rotation of the
scenery has not been possible and therefore the files are not as
accurate as their WE counterparts. What I have done is;
1. Used SubLOGIC's runways wherever possible and deleted Navaids to
ensure that where Navaids have been provided on the main scenery,
a conflict will not occur with the ASD scenery.
2. Added Dungeness Nuclear Power Station to LYDD scenery (I had to -
its a pretty big obstacle, & I used to work there!).
3. Deleted aprons and road layouts from the ASD files where these have
been provided on the SubLOGIC scenery.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.

Oh... & for STAVERTON + ASTON DOWN - me.

IF any of the above feel like improving my GB version of their files
(or rather, repairing the damage I've done to them) then please do so
but PLEASE - cosider the filenames. I've given the last three
characters of the filename up to "-GB" to enable us to tell the
difference between GB and Western Europe files (I've changed all the
originals on my PC to "?????-WE.SC1"). I suggest you do the same as
I'm sure well'll get completely confused if we dont keep the GB & WE
ASD files seperate & clearly named. Also... the version number needs
to go in there somewhere. I SUGGEST ????n-sd.SC1 as a format.

I'm not going to give any information on the files as you should
download the original WE files where you will get the full story from
the authors.

You will need put your WE scenery in another subdirectory when flying
in GB or you will get auto loading conflicts.

OH yes.. There is also one Dynamic Scenery file for Chelt/Glos
(Staverton).

Enjoy

Dave Gardiner.
