Heretic Cheat Codes

While playing the game type the following

rambo   gives you all the weapons
engage  map,level - jump to any map/level
skel    gives you all the keys
quicken god mode - you cannot die

gimme   a-j,number, gives you a particular power up
        example gimme e 9, gives you 9 tomb's of power
