1:25AM 3/31/94 Fellow "Doomed" folk, Here's a Doom "cheat" quick reference card I whipped up for the WinDoze 3.1 "Write" text editor. All of the information for the card was gleened from the "Official" Doom FAQ v5.5, by Hank Leukart (ap641@cleveland.freenet.edu). There are also "devparm" parameters in the FAQ v5.5, but I left them out of the "Quick Reference" for now. Devparm parameters let you do some really amazing things if you have Doom installed on a network, as well as other 'goodies'. The "Official" Doom FAQ is posted every two weeks on the following Usenet groups: comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.action comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.announce comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.misc It is also available on the Software Creations BBS as "dmfaq??.zip", where the "??" is the version number. I am an experienced musician and recording engineer with extensive MIDI knowledge, as well as some programming skills (BASIC, 'C' and dabbling in 68K assembly). I would like to connect with a game designer (shareware is fine!) who needs experience enhancing music for his/her game. I would be willing to work for free or cheap on the right project (cut of shareware fees?). Anyone who is interested and has enough patience to help me to get rolling on my first game music project, please contact me at any of the E-Mail addresses above. Uhhh... see ya, gotta get back to DOOM!
