DIRPWAD.EXE v1.00 April 18, 1994 R. Nijlunsing Email: csg465@wing.rug.nl FREEWARE Source included (TP70) Syntax: DIRPWAD Summary: To catagorize (new) PWAD files. To find out if a PWAD file is meant for single, cooperative or deathmatch play. Requirements: None extraordinary; About 150Kb conventionel memory I think... What is does: DirPWad will print for each level which is contained in each player start and all deathmatch starts. An 1,2,3 or 4 means it contains an player 1..4 start, a D means this level contains an deathmatch start. Example: ³ C:\GAMES\DOOM\WADS> DIRPWAD tnspires Could produce: ³ TNSPIRES.WAD : ³ E2M1 : D1DDD Which means: The level 'TNSPIRES.WAD' was probably written with deathmatch in mind; for debugging purposes single play is possible; there is only a player 1 start and there are 4 deathmatch starts.
