OK, I'll keep it brief...

This program is PostcardWare, that means that if you use
it to add effects to your WADs etc then you also get to 
send me a Postcard. 

[That's the important bit out of the way ;) ]

A few notes:
I have not spelled colour wrong. I don't live in America :)

This is version 1.0, I wrote it quickly so it isn't very
powerful (it can do less than half the stuff I'd like it to)
and it probably has some bugs (tho I know of none),
I dont know if another version will be made as Quake will
be here soon.

If you use this program to cheat you are a loser.
