This replaces Level 1 of DOOM2.

Dusty is not intended to be a challenging WAD, it was made to 
demonstrate some of the effects that can added to a WAD with
InkWorks for DOOM.

Note: the bit where you wade through water is a standard WAD
editing trick, it's not an InkWorks trick.
