This page lists several different styles of Nav-code entries. Some, like the original, are quite simple, some are a bit more complicated - all will work just fine.

In all of them, you'll need have the Coffee Addicts logo (top of page) loaded into your own website and you'll need to change a bit of information in the html to match your website, but I've got all the entries flagged by ** at the beginning and end, just replace the stars with your information and it'll work just fine.
