-Each map/gametype will be randomly drawn out of a hat for each round 3 times to form 3 different maps, except for Trow which is played in every round to reflect each team's ability to play a dark map. Each map drawn is what is played in the order I draw them for all teams. Not all of you will be playing in all the rounds (ex. eliminations and handicaps) so some of these map assignments/rounds may not apply to you.
GAME STATISTICS:

-16 minute time limit for all games
-1 minute and 30 seconds planning time
-10 minute waiting periods between each game
-No veteran units allowed

RULES:
-Tournament will work in Double Elimination fashion. If a team loses on the first round then they will be placed in a lower hierachy to play against another losing team. This is to insure that every team/player gets to play at least 2 rounds before being eliminated from the tourney. The winner of the losing bracket (one of the losing team/players from the first round) will get the chance to play the losing team/player of first place for a last chance to score 2nd place. All player entries will start in the middle row. Some teams/players will get fixed positions in the case of handicaps. Players with handicaps (ex. playing alone) will play in less games. Many of the other team pairings will be randomized via drawing of a hat. The only team/player to score all their wins and no losses will ultimately be in first place. Here are the current team pairings and the bracket schedule. This bracket sheet will be updated with the winners and eliminated once everyone has played their games for the first round.
-In the event a player lags or drops out then the remaining team members will have to play short handed.
-If an Out of Sync occurs and there is no damage given out by either team then a restart occur. If both teams are having OOS then a restart will occur regardless of damage. If only one person or team complains of OOS then the neutral host will have to watch the film after the game is finished to see if there is any present OOS with the complaining player or team.
-None of this....
-No reward is being issued to the winning team. This tournament will be purely for bragging rights and competitive fun. We of PS, however, will announce the winning team on our site and forever post the results of the tournament so the winners shall go down in history =). Marius will also post the winning results at www.mariusnet.com.
-If an undecidable dispute arises that the neutral host cannot conclude, the issue will be brought to me (Grahf) to judge. If I cannot come to a conclusion then I will say "pick a number from 1 to 10." The team leader or disputing player who picks the number closest to my number will have the dispute resolved in their favor.
-In the event of a tie game (ex. Creep on the Borderlands ctf) the team with the most damage will be declared the winner.
-All cbing, cking, cling, or reflectingis ILLEGAL. Reflecting is only permissable on Soulless on water. Lifting, accidental cbing, and lighting/propelling dead duds are all LEGAL. A player found cheating will be disqualified along with their respectful team. It is the captain's responsibility of that team to ensure his team members abid by these rules. Ensure that your captain is honorable to this understanding.
-When disqualification occurs, the team who got disqualified automatically forfeits the match and the entire best of 3 matches will go to the undisqualified team. The disqualified team will not be kicked out of the tourney; however, and will move on to the next match as though they lost.
