MEETING OPENED: 6:45 pm – President Ed Patton presiding.

REPORTS:
A. Minutes of last meeting approved without additions or corrections. Reminder - the minutes are now being posted on the website. They are no longer distributed individually.
B. The Treasurer's Report was submitted and accepted as read. Current balance is $1,345.53 submitted in any convenient format.

OLD BUSINESS:
A. Events - The Irish Festival theme for this year will be Uniontown.

NEW BUSINESS:
Ed and Donna attended the annual BIC Board meeting. They are looking for ways to increase revenues. The Times is in particular need of increased subscriptions. It will cease publication in June if there is no growth in income.
