History:
Miah Kassin, now Saber Eight, is a Kothlis native. His parents, Sianna and Kris, were space faring traders. They were both killed by pirates when Miah was young. They attacked his parents� ship, stole their goods, and killed them. Luckily, Miah was with his grandfather at the time. Miah lived with his grandfather until he was sixteen, and his grandfather died. With nowhere left to turn, Miah reluctantly entered the New Republic Military and joined the starfighter corps. Though Miah showed little natural piloting skill, his determination to succeed served him in good stead. His single greatest asset in the cockpit was his situational awareness. It saved him more than once in simulations, and placed him near the top of the list for candidates for squadron assignment.
After two years of hard training, he was finally accepted into Saber Squadron.
