Items may be returned for a refund if it is not as described.
You must notify us first that you want a return form emailed to you, within 3 days of receiving the item, by sending an email to the address link below and citing the item code, your full name & address, the reason for return and the cost amount of the item.
Any return must be in the same exact re-saleable condition it was in when we shipped it, be insured for your protection, and
reach us within 10 days from the date we email return form it to you.
Item return form copy must be filled out completely and accompany the item returned.
We will refund the item cost in full, less a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling, insurance, and special orders are not refundable.
