Bayern Munich and Inter reversed roles Sunday, this time Inter picked up their first win of their CFM Premier campaign, while Munich lost for the first time. Bayern manager, Brian O'Donnell said there would be changes made ahead of his next match, obviously unhappy about the loss. The scoring was opened after 26 minutes when Thuram won a header near midfield which found Crespo who was chased stride for stride by Campbell and Nesta. Buffon rushed out and was chipped by Crespo. After 41 minutes, Crespo added a 2nd when he was picked out by Zidane on a cross from the edge of the box. Bayern Munich responded in the 2nd half |

when Keane came down the right side on a counter attack. His shot was parried by Kahn, but Kezman was all alone on the left side of the goal to apply the finish. Fourteen minutes later, Munich's hopes of coming back were dashed when DePedro came down the left side and lobbed it into Vieri who shielded the defender and chipped Buffon who was caught off his line.
