We are a very small business and want to keep overhead costs as low as possible. Therefore, we do not reveal our full address on our website for security purposes. We are located in Claremont, CA. We shall deal with each customer personally by either email or phone and then arrange a method of dealing with each situation.
Preferably we would like to avoid shipping unless it is a must. The reason for this is that it will cost us more and therefore cost you more. (As I'm sure you all know car parts tend to be very large and many times heavy) Customer pickup/meet (depending on situation) will be the best/cheapest option. Shipping will be discussed with each customer seeing that each situation is different. Please email us with any other questions.
As with the shipping payment will vary depending on each situation. As of right now we accept cash and checks (Checks will have to be received before we send part/or if meeting then we shall meet at a bank). Soon we shall be able to accept credit cards through paypal. Check back for updates.
You will have to pay state tax if you are a customer living in California.
If the part or accessory is sold to brand new any defect complaint should be taken to the manufacturer of the given part or accessory. No returns will be accepted without valid reason (discretion made by management) or if part is deemed to be unable to resell as new. With any used part or accessory, the buyer agrees upon payment or auction end (ebay) that he/she understands what he/she has bought and has forfeited the right to return part or accessory. (Not to worry a full description of any part shall be given. It is not good business to sell parts that are junk)
