In my country,the Netherlands,smoking marijuana is almost as common as drinking alcohol.We've got these places we call"coffeeshops",ppl buy there "legaly" their smoke.But legal still is illegal here.Entangled laws make it confusing to know just when you are or aren't breaking any laws.

If you come visit my country,and you smell something funny while drinking your coffee in a dutch coffeeshop...You'll know now what that smell is.Inhere I wanna lead you through the marijuana culture,the DUTCH way.Dutch marijuana smokers do not need to hide ,we can be open about it and we do not need to enter a criminal circuit to get hasj or weed.I think this is a excellent policy.
however...price of marijuana in a coffeeshop is high.So,you'ld expect ppl to grow their own plants.And some of us do...This is illegal.We are allowed to smoke but we're not allowed to grow enough to provide ones own needs.Well,we are allowed to have 4 plants,but there are so much little rules & angles,that I haven't the least idea what is actually legal.Anyhow.I do know that if you do not annoy any-one (smell !) ,it's ok to grow your own plants,inside the house or in your garden.
Intime I will make a spot for homegrowing & like minded ppl inhere,I'm planning to put in a guide through a Dutch weed garden.
