| Today I got up early and caught a ride with my mom to get to school cuz I had a math Exam. I wore my sweats and my drama queen shirt and my dorky oversized sweater. The exam wasn't all that hard. it started at 9 am and I finished by 10:45. Joce was outside the classroom talking to her friend and seeing she lives by me and I haven't hung out with her in a while I asked how she was getting home and she said that she was going down to the library to pick up some books she ordered. So I asked if she wanted some company and she was like YAY! | |||||||||||||

| So we walked downtown to the library along the way yelling at a crow that was in the middle of the road and wouldn't move out of the way of the path of speeding cars. WE got to the library. It was closed. Which really sucked.. It opens at one on mondays. stupid library. Anyhoo we had 30 minutes to kill before we could catch a bus so we walked over to see if Mr. Sunshine was working over at Starbucks. He wasn't. Boo hoo. But Jocelyn did buy a low fat brownie which she shared with me and that was yummy. we caught our bus and Jocelyn invited me over to see her pet fish Rosie. She was gorgeous! and then that led to me hanging out with her and her CHAMELEON! which for the life of me I cannot remember it's name but it was SO COOL it was like climbing on my arm and it was so cool it's skin it's tail heehee and when it was climbing on me it felt that nothing was even there it was so light! and then I said high to her dogs puck and murphy and then she showed me some pics of her pets on her computer (the one here is of her chameleon). Heehee I got to watch Joce feed it crickets covered in calcium powder but I guess her chameleon was either shy or didn't like me or not hungry cuz he didn't eat the crickets. =[ | |||||||||||||
| I had to leave because I wanted to get home before Tanya left for her exam. halfway there I realized I didn't have my key. I left jocelyn's at 1, and Tanya's exam started at 1, therefore she left about 30 minutes before I got home. So I realized I was locked out. After double checking that all the doors leading into our house were locked, I decided to walk over to Betty's, a neighbour who lives on our old street who has a copy of the key to our house. SO I started walking down the street and Emily shouts out, "HEY NAT!" and I say "HEY EM!" and she says "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?" and I say "I'M LOCKED OUT!" and she says, "ME TOO!" so she walked with me over to Betty's, who turned out to not be home, so then we walked back. Cold, Tired, and Hungry, we decided to go to Sonja's, another neghbour of ours. | |||||||||||||

| They took pity on our poor souls and let us come inside their nice warm home. And there we played "Chocolate Monopoly". They dared me to eat one. And I did. who would dare someone to eat chocolate you ask? The thing is, the chocolate is 5 years old. HA. so then I go onto sonja's computer onto msn and both Joe and anthony were on and we were supposed to do something today but we never really made any. so online I was like "I'M LOCKED OUT! I'M AT SONJA'S HOUSE!" and they were like, "oh, hey that's too bad you being locked out!" and i was like yeah it really is, I don;t like the clothes I'm wearing but I wore them anyway cuz I thought I'd be able to go home and change before going out but oh my I was so wrong.". I want to change my clothes. then I asked if we were doing anything and they said I don't know and then anthony offered to meet me at the market and then we'd go up to the pond and meet joe and decide what to do from there. Sonja and her mom were about to leave to go to the gym, and even though they offered to let us stay in their basement and watch movies Emily and I left after saying thanks for letting us invade your warm home. Emily went home because her mom was supposed to come home soon. I met up with anthony and we went back to my house because I wanted to see if tanya had gotten back from her exam yet. And no. she wasn't. so I left a note. and then we went to the pond and met up with Joe and we just started walking. WE didn't really have a plan and then the suibject of what we were going to do came up again. | |||||||||||||

| So Joe suggested, "hey we can go to Joe's house". So we went to Joe's house. And he fed us. thank god. i was so hungry seeing all i had to eat was a small peice of toast and some brownie and a piece of chocolate. So yeah. thanks joe! We were worried that Joe's parents were gonna get mad that he had us over without asking first, and then his brother Daniel comes into the kitchen and takes out this prawn ring from the freezer and asks joe how to make it. and then i read the box and tell him you have to leave it in the fridge overnight and then Joe asks why he wants to make shrimp and he says that he should feed us something better than sheese and crackers. And then anthony says joe are you sure your parents won't get mad and I said that if they want to feed us shrimp I think we're ok. So then we though we'd invite amor over seeing she lives right across the street. so we invite her over, and she comes over, and we start talkinga bout what we are going to do. and then Joe suggests we watch a movie. And then I say "Amor, do you have Final Destination?" And she says yes and goes back home and comes back with it So we watched it in Joe's basement. After seeing this movie I have a theory that "Death" is actually Aquaman. Afterwards Joe's mom came downstairs with some peaches and tofu and our worries of Joe getting in trouble melted away. When I got home I foundout that Tanya didn't even tell my mom that I was locked even though I left her a note explaining my lack of keys. |
