| Flow It! Show it! Long as god can grow it my hair! Come to the Be-In! come to the Be-In! I heard this almost everyday for 4 months. You'd think that one would get sick of it after some time. not with me. I miss it. I'm such a sap. Emily was right. Anyhoo! HAIR the tribal rock musical was a 4 month long hippie embellishing period of time where a cast of almost 40 people would meet almost everyday after school to rehearse for sometimes more than 3 hours on a show. I still walk around barefoot. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Opening night was thursday, March 25th. There was a student 2 for 1 deal, so most of our friends were there. The house was PACKED! the balcony was almost full too! It went so well! the second we got off stage after bows I started screaming! I was so excited! it was dark and I couldn't see but there was someone in front of me and they started screaming too and we hugged each other and ran off screaming. Then I went around the hallways screaming from the adrenaline rush of it all and I actually started to hug random people. it was such a good time. | |

| Friday night I don't feel I did as great a job. But it was the night my ma and sis came! YAY! woot woot! and of course they wanted to leave right after the show. There was a strange fellow there from Footloose who came up to me and Lauren and started to tell luaren how he wanted to have her baby, | |||||||||||||||||||

| During the day, Anthony, HAiley and I went downtown to tryout for that open cast audition for the new disney movie, "Sky High" WHAT IS THE DRAMA? Did you say your father is Commander Stronghold?!!! Anyways, there were over a thousand kids there in line in front of a tiny hotel. We were in line for so long before we were told to come back at 5, the time that we would have to leave to go back to the school and get ready for our performance. Anyways, after looking around for a bit and learning that i can't have my tazoberry creme fraps until April 21st, we took the sky train back home. OH BOY. Was that ever fun. | |||||||||||||||||||
| We were sitting on the sky train, when suddenly we hear this strange male voice saying "Stop it. Stop it you naughty girl. Stop being so naughty" this repeated over and over again, We saw that this was coming from a man sitting in the seats across from us. He appeared to be talking to himself! we were a little spooked, but we kinda make fun of it too by imitating him and doing it to the window. He was silent for 5 minutes or so, and then we hear him again only this time he started to say " pepsi, pepsi, it's the pepsi generation, we're all a part of the pepsi generation" BEST sky TRAIN ride EVER!! THe show went well too. After the show more than half the cast went to Denny's for a little shin dig dinner partay and there was beef dip throwing and everything. woot woot. | |||||||||||||||||||

| Thursday: as a warm up from taking almost a week off of HAIR, we decided to do a speed run after school where we went through the play in an hour after saying our lines and singing as fast as we could as a warm up. Big Mistake. the first act was bizarre when we performed! most of us were ahead during the songs, lines got screwed up, focus, and our NRG was not so hot. The second act went a lot better, but we never could understand WHY WHY WHY the first act went horribly strange. People in the audience noticed it too. after the show amy came up to me and was all Hey good job, blah blah yes ... say, what ... what was wrong during the first act? yep, she noticed. | |||||||||||||||||||
