Truth is more entertaining than fiction. When I see stories unfold in life around me, I write about them.

With his long hair and easy attitude, Dusty doesn't look like the cowboy that he is. He's originally from Jourdanton, a small town in south Texas, where his family owns a cattle ranch. He still goes to the ranch to help out when needed.

Even growing up on the ranch, though, he always knew that music was his passion.

He writes songs, plays bass and sings on Just Peachy, his debut album.
