*The day after delivering the videotape to Genocide and Peligro, and after watching the New York Yankees obliterate the Boston Red Sox, Dusty J decided to get to the arena early. He scheduled his flight to Germany a couple of hours earlier than the rest of the EFW, intent on getting some focus and training time in before the big eight man tag team match that would pit his DHW team against the UWF. Dusty arrives at the airport at about 11 A.M. local time and quickly gathers his belongings. He catches a cab to the hotel and spends very little time there, only enough to drop his suitcase and grab his gym bag, then leave. He catches another cab to the arena and arrives there quickly, as it is not a long drive from the hotel to the venue. He walks around the back of the mostly deserted arena, only a few janitorial workers have arrived yet, and they are all cleaning throughout the halls to make sure it is satisfactory to the EFW wrestlers and front office staff that are making the long trek to the foreign nation. Dusty finds the wrestlers locker room and makes his way through the door, which, strangely, is open. He ignores the peculiarity and puts his bag down on a stool beside a locker. He begins taking his wrestling gear out of the bag and hanging it up. Dusty then does a couple of neck stretches before hearing the voice of another.*

The fastest rising rookie in the DHWs history..

*Shocked by the presence and sound of someone else, Dusty quickly turns around to notice TJ RocKeR standing there.*

TJ......The Fuck?

Now before you decide to get hasty Dusty, i'm here to say that fighting isn't the reason that i'm here. I heard that you were going to be arriving early, and well, it looks like my sources didn't mislead me, because here you are. What i've actually come for is to have a talk with you, man to man.

A talk huh? Well, I guess that would be fine, seeing that we're partners tonight.

Trust me, a little chat is all I ask. If I wanted to fight you I would have called you out like a man, you know how I operate by now I hope.

Yeah, I know.

*Dusty moves his bags and sits down on the stool, while TJ sits on the stool beside Dusty's.*

I just want you to know, that I hold no grudges against you for anything that happened in DHW. It doesn't matter what has happened in the past, because it is what it is, the past. I want to bury the hatchet and start over fresh, we're partners now, and I don't want any hostile feelings between us.

That sounds fair enough, you've got yourself a deal there. But I can't really say the same for Genocide and Peligro, those two are having....some issues.

I can understand that, they were always very heated towards one another, even when they were on the same side.

We had a group meeting, and basically I was the one seperating the two, making sure that they didn't take one anothers heads off and leaving us to fend for ourselves against the UWF foursome.

Well I am certainly hoping that those two can patch up their differences and coexist for atleast one night.

You have no idea how much I want the exact same thing.

Did you realize Dusty, that oftentimes the two of us want the same thing? Think about it, we both wanted that Cruiserweight Title from Blaze when we met in the triple threat match on Mutiliation, and we both wanted it when we wrestled in the ladder match for it, we both wanted to achieve greatness in DHW and now here in EFW, and now we both want the two partners of ours to band together, we want us as a collective unit to ban together and take down the opposition, we're a lot alike Dusty J.

I guess you raise a point. You know, we've tried hard our whole careers, granted yours has been longer than mine, but we've tried hard our whole careers to be the absolute best, but for some reason, and with all due respect, you are a DHW legend, we just can't seem the find the promise land. Have you ever noticed that between the two of us we've held title after title but never have been the Worlds Champion in DHW. Constantly I would try and try, and as evidence in my match against DJ and against Jake Snypes, i'm looking more and more incapable of winning the biggest prize in the game. And after all that time in DHW, you were always one of the tops, but it was always your partner DJ who held the big gold. Regardless of all of our efforts we couldn't come out on top. But now we're the only ones that can help maintain the legacy of Dangerously Hardcore Wrestling, the company that raised us, nurtured us, made us into what we are today. But now some people try and take what we accomplished away?

I see, it is like that. We are being put through the ringer, the ultimate test of teamwork, and i'm bound and determined to help you and those other two partners of ours to achieve our goals. Whether or not they get along, or we get along, we know that when that bell rings we'll be there for each other, and whenever one of us hits a rough spot, we will get bailed out by our teammates, by our fellow modern day legends, because that's what greatness does, greatness overcomes everything.

You know TJ, you're a lot better of a person and partner than I ever thought you were.

You must realize that you were on the opposite side of the fence most of the time. Shared a common spite for Nemesis we did, but in the end, we shared one for one another, and you and DJ shared one for one another. But now that the animosity is gone, we share one common adversary, the UWF, the ones who try to strip us of our manhood, the ones that we will not let strip us of our manhood.

I just hope that the other two can see what we've seen, speak how we're speaking now, and come to realize that there is one successful formula for winning a match like this, and that is teamwork and the ability to not be self reliant, to let the others help in victory, and to share the blame in defeat. I'm glad we see eye to eye now TJ. I have the upmost respect for you and everything you've done.

The feeling is very well mutual Dusty J. I look forward to working with you tonight.

Count on it.

*The two men exchange handshakes of mutual respect in a great show of comradery. Both men wish each other well and TJ leaves the locker room. Dusty looks in his locker and sees one of his DHW "Dusty J Mania" t shirts. He takes off his wifebeater that he's currently wearing and puts on the DHW shirt. He then himself exits the dressing room.*
