| Restrictions Must be 18 or older to win. Winner can bring a minor. If your email is incomplete, you won't be entered. Trip is subject to availability. Must book trip at least 2 weeks in advance. Fish cleaning included. Filets packed in your cooler on ice. Must take trip within 90 day's. Lodging, transportation, food and drinks not included. Winner agree's to any use of photographs taken of winner by Bandit Charters. One entry per household per contest. Bandit Charters NOT RESPONSIBLE for cancellations due to mecanical failure, weather, act of god, etc. In event of cancellation Bandit Charters will make every attempt to re-book. Winner releases and holds harmless Bandit Charters, Captain Al and Crew from all liability relating to any injury or damage incurred during, before or after said "trip".
