Rain 

Lightly falling
Brightly sparkling
Like sunlit diamonds
Falling from Heaven to earth
Raindrops, slowly, lightly falling
Quietly splashing on the grass
And bathing the world in cool clear water
Little streams run by
Unhurried but rushing
Growing with raindrops
Each one adding
To the stream, to Nature's story
Unending, ever circling
Drop to stream
Stream to river
River to sea
To raindrops lightly falling
