Stained Love II

When I first noticed you in the halls
Ignoring all the stares and catcalls
I knew then that I would become
The one to show you how to have some fun

I worked my way into your world
And slowly you began to become my girl
You found me spending more and more time with you
And all the while you had no clue

In subtle ways I won your heart
I became your beacon in times of dark
I wrote you letters that spoke of love
I called you angel, my darling, my dove

You were so happy, with nothing to hide
Every free minute was spent by your side
Then one night, by slowly persisting
You gave it, and you stopped resisting

You fell right into the game I played
You cheated your husband, used and betrayed
Your face turned down, awash with shame
And you have no one but yourself to blame

You are being discarded, the challenge is gone
A month and a half, it didn't take long
Don't look so hurt don't look so pained
Right from the start this love was stained
