Am Sitting here tonight my mind full of thought
Of all the angel children that have been lost
My heart grieves for everyone of them
Their parents ,siblings and all their kin
We light candles and say prayers to Him
In hopes of seeing them once again
Dear Lord I hope and pray to you above
To send to us your abiding love
That we may share a little bless
Upon this earth from those we miss
Give us strength to carry on
Until the time you call us home
We try to live our very best
As we try to stand the test
Then one sweet day you will arrive
To carry us all into the sky
Where we will be at home at last
With all our loved ones that have passed
The Pearly Gates that shine and gleam
They welcome us with in their realm
To live forever and abide in him
