What I Learned From Assignment #7
I learned a couple of things from assignment #7. One was that the class as a whole seemed to have very similar ideas for what they wanted in a ticketing service. This leads me to the conclusion that ticketing online has become so commonplace that we have trouble thinking outside the box because most of our needs are either met or we have become so accustomed to the way things are done that we just accept them for what they are. the other thing is from a grading standpoint something I find interesting. Some people get ragingly offended by what they deem a bad grade while others use it as motivation. What one person gives a 9 or an 'A' another person sees as average work and gives a 7 or a 'C' but would this still be the case if the class met in person. Would the people who get offended take the criticism better because there was a face and named attached to it and would the people giving the criticism be more careful with the way they say it.
