“The Mysterious Keys”
(based on a true story)
On a hot summer day, me, my brother, my sister, my mom, my grandma, and my uncle all went to Hills Creek State Park. We were swimming. They don't have a swimming pool with concrete, they have a beach like place to swim. We were all swimming and having a good time. Then out of nowhere, my uncle came running up to me and starting screaming at me. “Do you know where my keys are! I can't find them!” He said to me. He was mad that day. We all looked and looked for the keys. He talked to the Park Ranger and told him about it. He wasn't really mad because he had an extra key for all the keys he lost. He kept calling the park and asking them if they had found the keys every summer. They always said they didn't find anything. Then, out of nowhere, we all went back to that park two years later, not even thinking about they keys and the Park Ranger walked up to my uncle because he knew what my uncle looks like and that he lost his keys, he told him that they found his keys. My uncle was really surprised to see the keys after so long. He didn't think that he would get them back because it had been 2 years. I was surprised for the same reason. So, after all, everyone was happy and my uncle got his keys. He knows now, never to swim with something in your pockets.
