| H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry will continue with a sale but unless the person has read and agreed to the Sales Policy the Healthy gaurentee will not be followed through by H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry. H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry will not hold any rabbit for any buyer unless there is a 50% non refundable deposit. The other 50% is to be paid by the buyer when picking up the rabbit and the payment may only be cash or a money order. Checks will not be accepted on the day of pick up. If you need to pay with a check you must pay the full cost of the rabbit. The check must be recieved two weeks prior to pick up so the check may have time to clear. If the Buyer changes their mind on the purchase after they have paid in full 50% may or may not be returned and 50% deposit will be kept no mattern what since there is a 50% non refundable deposit. Once the 50% non refundable deposit is sent and a pick up date is arranged the rabbit will be held for that buyer. Buyer must contact us for pickup arrangements within 48 hours of buying a rabbit. Rabbits can not be held longer than 1 week after date of purchase and the 50% non refundable depsoit is recieved. If buyer does not come for the rabbit or contact H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry during the 1 week holding period the rabbit Can and Will be resold. The 50% deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!! If the buyer can not pick up the rabbit within the 1 week holding period the rabbit can be held longer with a fee of $5.00 per rabbit per week. If arrangments are made to pick the rabbit up at a show and for any reason I am unable to make it the day of the show it is the buyers responsiblity to make arrangments with me to pick the rabbit up else where or at another time. Rabbits are sold as is, once they leave The Rabbitry, H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry is no longer responsible for anything that might happen. If H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry claims a rabbit is showable and the buyer does not check it over at pick up but finds a DQ when they get it home The Rabbitry will not do anything. It is up to the buyer to check the rabbit for DQ's before the sale is completed. The Rabbitry will ONLY replace the rabbit of equal or lesser value IF the BUYER contacts H&J Hippity Hope Rabbitry AS SOON AS THEY think something is WRONG or AS SOON AS IT DIES and it can be proven that the rabbit had been ill at time of pick up. The Rabbitry will help the buyer through any illness if they contact the Rabbitry. If you dont call the rabbitry or contact the rabbitry in a different way and tell the Rabbitry something is wrong and the rabbit dies or you want to return the rabbit The Rabbitry will not refund any of your money but I will take the rabbit back. If the rabbit dies and the buyer has notified H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry right away when thought to be sick, the rabbits head or whole body is to be frozen. The head or the whole body is to be shipped to me so H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry can confirm the rabbit is the one that was sold to the buyer. Once the confirmation is done the rabbit may be replace by another rabbit. H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry can ship but it is at the Buyers expense. H&J Hippity Hop Rabbitry is not and will not be held responsible for any problems that may occur during or after shipping.
