Lowry and I met when we were about 6.  We played on the Pet Milk Baseball team.  When I transferred to Meridian High in the 10th grade we played tennis together.  We both went to Ole Miss at the same time and worked at Riley Hospital together.  We lived together in 1986 before I left Oxford to move to Austin.  We hang out do this day--that's over 30 years.  There are so many stories that I can't even begin.  Furthermore, most of the stories I would prefer not to relate to protect the innocent and especially the guilty.  I plead the 5th.  This guy was born under a golden star as he is the absolute luckiest person in the world.  I won't even flip a coin with him because I'll lose. I'm sure that we'll be friends until one of us drops over.
