What can I say? I owe this guy a lot. He was very instrumental in my career as well as many others like John Kilzer & Todd Snider. I met him in 1980 and began a long friendship. His wife, Jerene, has been like a second mom to me and a best friend to boot. Keith introduced me to a ton of different music and produced my first EP in Memphis at Ardent Studios. He has over 100 album cuts from such artist as Jimmy Buffet, John Prine, etc. We have played many, many gigs together and have had an unwholesome amount of fun. The last time Keith, Jerene and I were able to hang out we went to MIDEM, the international music festival, in Cannes, France and then went on to Amsterdam for a cool down period. I still laugh until it hurts when I think about us getting on the plan to Holland that morning.
